I did not check in. I read the reviews. It’s a roach motel! The photos are AI! Do not fall for them. My cousin is fighting to get her money back. The property stopped reeponding.

It was hard to find the building. We didn't know the number until we called.

Nice area with plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby.

The initial room did not look anything like pictured. It had old, nasty furniture and the room was not cleaned properly (blood stains on shower curtain, candy found in between the sheets, dusty, etc). The property manager did agree to move me to another room, but leading up to that, I was told by management that the pictures on Booking were 2 years old. I was also told by customer service that having the room re-cleaned was “not included in the cleaning fee”. That was unacceptable to me as a customer, which is why I am still not giving a higher rating.

A lot. Parking is minimal. The entry locks didn’t work. The toilet backed up and didn’t get repaired . The kitchen was badly equipped with one pot and one coffee mug. There were no towels, either paper or cloth, in the kitchen area to use on the ONE coffee cup supplied. The TVs were not plugged in and there were no remotes anyway. The leasing office manager didn’t know who we were at first. Your company failed to inform me I hadn’t completed the verification form properly that’s why I didn’t have check in Information and spent almost 2 hours trying to get everything sorted out. And your representative wanted me to send credit card and ID information to her over an unsecured network. I have never had such a bad experience ever trying to reserve accommodations. I will certainly not recommend either you ( Booking.com) or Metro to anyone and in fact will tell everyone I know who wants accommodations when traveling that we had such a bad experience and recommend against using your company. I would also add that prior to retirement I was a property manager in Arizona and was amazed at this incompetence.

There were missing towels unavailable and they charged my debit card an extra $100 I didn’t like and how did they let that happen I disputed it with my bank to get it back immediately

property wasn’t bad, horrible, 1st room was dirty, had a wet mattress with all kind of stains on the sheets, moving rooms at 10oclock at night isn’t fun, next room cleaner than the previous but only to be woken up to people yelling and fighting next door. terrible experience and they make you put 100.00 deposit down first. I have pictures as well if need. I would like a full, partial some type of refund.
