I have nothing to complain about.

Was extremely impressed with the accommodation. Modern well situated to the Mt and the shopping centre. All the facilities in the room including a washing machine and dryer. Great kitchen as well. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The fact the room wasn't serviced each day due to the fact of one of the days being a public holiday. This to me was a little unsatisfactory as you are paying for a service.

3 days broken lift had to use 4 flights of stairs for the 3 days 3 days No room phone to contact for assistance .or information . Range hood rattled for first night caused a sleepless night was repaired . found a used band-aid on floor we had to insist for it to be removed . when we fist arrived asked for help with bags she said you don’t need it all do you ! I said absolutely we do . she did help . The fist staff member we encounter on arrival was rude dismissive (south African woman) other staff were lovely

Location was so central. Clean, modern, comfy...couldn't ask for more.

Great friendly staff who let me check in a bit earlier as my flight landed late morning, and also gave me a free upgrade without my even asking! Nice clean modern room with a decent balcony and view of Mauao, location was amazing - right in the middle of the Mount with everything near by, would definitely stay again.

The only tiny thing was you could hear the fridge turn on and off at night, but with the room being a studio not much could have been done.

Everything was super modern and clean! Had everything that we needed and the staff were really friendly and helpful 😊

Felt brand new. Great location. Very close to shops, restaurants, beaches. Very secure.

Noisy bar/restaurant across the road. Noisy cars late at night. Neither kept me awake!

Handy location

Really lovely staff, super helpful and cheerful! Room was lovely. Shower had great pressure and our room had a beautiful view on the Mount. It was serviced everyday.

Parking but manage to get off street parking

The location was excellent and most convenient for me.

Beautifully styled rooms with all the comforts needed. Soundproof so no noise from the street, air conditioned & we loved our little balcony to sit out & enjoy.

Only thing I could really comment on was the teeny, tiny milk sachets instead of just a small bottle. Needed like 5 to make one coffee & it seemed like wasteful packaging.

Clean, great location.

Parking- we booked a carpark (costs $15 a night), came back from dinner and someone else was in it so we had to park on the street (reception closed). If they are charging for parking it should be monitored better. It is located near a bar so the music goes until late.

The location was very handy to the shops, restaurants, bars in the Mount. The Quest is very new, décor amazing, very clean. The rooms were spotless, couch comfy, and great to have 2 flat screen tvs in the lounge and bedroom. Awesome having a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Lots of glasses, good sized cups and decent size fridge. The staff were warm and friendly, and were able to accommodate any requests.

The only issue we had was the car park we were assigned to, it was tricky getting in and out as we have a Ford ranger ute which is quite long. We were able to change car parks, this was no problem from the lovely lady at reception.

Location was Great. Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)
