I tried to cancel the last night of a four night stay, but wasn’t able to due to going through Booking.com instead of directly booking with the hotel. That was very disappointing

Multiple bugs noted in room/bed. Notified front desk. Front desk came to room. Only accommodation was to change out linen. Unable to sleep secondary to fear of bugs crawling. Pictures taken of bugs. Pictures shown to front desk receptionist.

Location great. Breakfast nice but no juice. Bed was nice.

Floors dirty in the entrance of our room found hair and the carpet seems dingy, staff was OK but didn't give any information on things in the area but, it was alot in the area. The beach is near but it's only for people at the neighboring resorts. Certain parts of the beach your not allowed to go in. You have to go to the state park to get on the free beach well its $2 .nice once you get there

Trudy was awesome. She made it easy for us. Gave us a room close to the side door (shorter walking distance). The laundry facilities were clean and worked great. The dryer on 4 was a quick dry!

The free breakfast was good! The bed was comfortable and it was very clean which was really important to me! Our room had a golf view and my golf loving husband loved that.

The room was on the smaller size. The main thing that was frustrating was the shower was not very hot. The water was just warm, and while we were down there it was pretty cold.

Had to take a lukewarm shower. Hot water is very limited.

It was a nice hotel and pretty clean. Some of the staff was very nice like Iryna, tulsi, and Teresa.

Terrible service while we were there. We had to ask for everything like towels, washcloths, toilet paper, tissue. It was ridiculous. They wouldn’t come in and vacuum or clean the room unless you asked them to and then they had attitude. Natasha and another desk clerk would never smile or say hi. They were sitting there looking at their phones. When you would ask them for something you could tell they thought you were an inconvenience. I am so tired of the laziness I see in the younger folks. I spent 35 years of my life on the road and in hotels. This was a very poor customer service hotel.

Location

The location was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. It had all the amenities I wanted. I would definitely stay again. It was a good value.

It was noisy. There were children above me. I could hear them running around for hours. Better soundproofing is needed.

The location is in a very safe and upscale area. Only 1.9 miles to Crab Trap Beach (Crystal Sands), which was easily walkable. The hotel just being 3 months old. The fresh lemon water available in lobby. A nice size TV in room. Attentiveness of front desk was nice, just ask.

Rooms are already showing wear. Black marks on floor tile, spills on wall, leaking tub faucet, and nicks/marks on walls. Smoke detector in room kept blinking first night, and kept me awake. Told front desk next morning. Housekeeping changed battery. On second night the same thing happened. Went to front desk, again. They said Maintenance man would fix it. They did fix it. Breakfast was just average, until third day. Really had better quality hot choice and pastries after that. Should have had room cleaned after third night. Was NOT done, had to request sheets and change myself, dump trash, etc. Overall needs preventative maintenance inspections to keep this nice location top notch

It was very new and clean. Staff was always super nice.

Very firm beds so if you prefer that type of bed you will like it. It felt like I was on a rock but only cause I prefer plush type mattress.

I like that the staff was nice and very professional, it was very clean and smelled amazing.
