Great location near to main plaza and easy to get any tour from the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were good.

the staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Good customer service. Breakfast was good.

The TV in the room were out of service and we had to be moved to another room after we unpacked our stuff. One of the windows in the bathroom were permanently open, no way to close it. no hot water on our second night, we were not able to shower. Very disappointed of this hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They allowed us to feel like home on the balcony and were very attentive. The shower was also fantastic. The balcony has one of the nicest 360 degrees view in Arequipa.

The door are quite thin so you do hear quite a lot of noises and the prices are quite high on some days compared to other hotels in Arequipa where their is much better value. Nothing else really to complain about.

The room was on the 4th floor and enjoyed a private terrace / balcony. It was perfect to relax outside and watch the light change over the town and volcanoes. The staff were fantastic, especially Erik who went there extra mile’ to help us with our onward travel arrangements. Thank you, a great stay in a lovely city..

Could do with a little refresh in some areas - but not an issue it’s still meticulously clean..
