El desayuno era muy poco, y deberían tener opciónes de early check inn.

La ducha tiene buena potencia

No me dieron desayuno a mi menor hijo de 2 años, a pesar de haber estado en una habitacion de 2 camas dobles. Esta muy alejado de la catedral, otros hospedajes estan a dos cuadras y tiene un costo equivalente al de ellos y con desayuno incluido. Las imagenes no son identicas al que se muestra en las fotos

Me gusto la ubicación, la limpieza, todo ordenado.

There was enough space to keep things. The bed was very comfy. The night lamp aided sleep. The room was clean when we returned after outing. The WiFi connection was great. They were very nice to check us in before the check in time. Since we arrived early at 10am. We didn't pay extra. That was a huge relieve.

They had nothing compared to what is shown for breakfast. Too poor. Nothing for kids to eat. Thank God for my mother instincts that they had to eat what I got for them. Day 1 water was too cold. Day 2 water from shower very hot. No lifts to aid movement going up and down the floors with kids and luggage, without help from receptionist. She being female can't carry luggage. The worst of all was out check out was 30 minutes delayed due to a missing towel in the toilet sink. Which I had no idea where it was. We was apologised afterwards, when the receptionist found out that the cleaner who cleaned the day before removed it without informing them. Meaning they really have a bad record keeping. Hell no will I ever visit this hotel again😡

i like the rooom and the breakfast

The room itself was very pleasant with a good bed and tv.

The plave cant be foind on google so this confused us as to the location when booking as we didnt use the booking.com map and this meant we went to the wrong hotel. The hotel we went to had business cards feon this hotel meaning it happens often. Probably could be fixed. As soon as we paid at reception a loud sound started happening, it was a grinder cutting wood for the stairs. They were renovating and the sound was painfully loud. I would not have paid and would have requested cancellation because of this as it was very uncomfortable and we had to leave until the work was done for the day. As we had been on a bus for 8 hours and trouble finding the hotel we went in the mood to go out but had no choice. The next morning we didn't get to sleep in because construction began again very early in the morning. This left a sour feeling towards the hotel and the lack of sympathy from the staff about the inconvenience really wasn't great with no apologies or anything. Not to mention the sawdust all over the stairs nearly made me fall down them as I was carrying 30kg worth of luggage and the worker didn't mover their tools out of the stairs.

Staff was really really friendly. They helped us a lot. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs
