A acomodação é exatamente como mostra as fotos. Casa espaçosa e ao mesmo tempo aconchegante e bem equipada. Gostamos do suporte oferecido antes mesmo da chegada.

Acredito que haja espaço para melhoria na qualidade da conexão da internet.

Very clean and spacious

Hallway spells and rather dark. Door to condo not very secure and was open one night on our return from an outing. Staff was not accommodating when I reported we had no washcloths just bath towels and and towels. We went to Walmart and bought our own.

The location is great. About 30 to Universal studios and 16 to Hollywood studios. The pool was the perfect temp. Close to walmart and target for groceries. Great communication with renter.

The couch was quite small. Wasn't comfortable for multiple adults to sit and watch tv. The kitchen window leaks in the rain.

The condo was a nice size with plenty of room.

The mattress’ were very uncomfortable. You could sink in the mattress and feel the springs inside of it! Also we stayed on the 3rd floor and the people above us were very loud at night running around you could hear the kids running all damn night! No sleep during stay! Also the pool and hot was very nasty needed cleaning badly! The windows leak in the kitchen! The master shower door did not have a door handle and would not close properly! Our family definitely will not stay here again! Needs a lot of work not only to the condo but also the whole facility! Also appeared to have people living there in a few of the rooms!
