Checked in on Sunday evening for 5 nights. Shampoo container in shower was empty, and Large half empty bottle of Lemonade in fridge, along with 2 open bottles of water and a bottle of beer. Told reception Monday morning, when I left at 6.45am for buisness meeting, and upon return at 5pm, room hadn't been touched. Mentioned shampoo being empty again on Tuesday morning, and room not being touched the previous day. Wednesday the same story, although housekeeping did empty the trash cans and replace the towels. Didn't make the bed and still no shampoo. Finally made the bed on Thursday, but still no shampoo. I gave up mentioning this. Nice enough hotel, but housekeeping are a joke.

What I enjoyed most about this property was Keyonia. She was the smiling happy face that greeted us when we arrived, and was also that way when we checked out. She actually made eye contact, greeted us by our names, made us laugh, interacted, and even offered us water because she could see that it was late and we were exhausted. There was even a little mix up with our reservation that we didn’t even know about, but she brought it to our attention, and even took care of it! In this day and age it seems that no one wants to engage warmly with others, and so few go out of their way to be kind, so having this experience with Keyonia somewhat restored our faith in humanity. That facility is lucky to have her, and I hope they appreciate her. We will return to this facility because of her, and also because this place was very nice, the nicest place I’ve stayed at in Greenville. We felt safe there, which was huge! It was clean, it even smelled nice! The room was immaculate, and it even had a greeting on the television with my name on it. Great emmenities, the ice machines even worked!, snacks, great breakfast, great parking, nice snack bar, nice outdoor area, and they even welcome pets! This is our new forever place for our many stays in Greenville.

Stayed here for one night. First time ever in Greenville, NC. Very nice hotel. Cost was more than I wanted to spend but for a suite and comfortable king size bed, I paid the price. The only negative I have is the air conditioner was somewhat noisy when the compressor would come on and when shutting off. It kept the room cool but that was annoying and did interrupt my sleep.

Loved staying there.

Everyone was super nice and easy to work with, they had full time security officers there, the place was super clean, it was a great stay

Awesome Hotel

The property felt new and it wasn’t far from restaurants. My husband and I had no major complaints. If I were to make one suggestion, my husband and I wish they had more fresh fruit options for breakfast. But we will definitely stay here again plus the staff was very nice.

The room and property were very clean. Hot breakfast was very good.

The customer service was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast too. The room was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was also clean with good water pressure. However, there were some stains on the rug and bathroom tile that made us a little uncomfortable. Our view was the parking lot and there was a car revving his engine as he circled the parking lot several times. It made us uneasy about the area we were in. If we are ever back in Greenville we would stay there again because the good outweighed the minor inconveniences.

I wish I would have stayed another day. The suite was not what I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Full kitchen, work area, very large bathroom. I will look for Homewood Suites in my future travels.

LOVED THIS HOTEL IT HAD A WORKING KITCHEN (FULL FRIDGE, BURNERS DISHWASHER) WHICH I DID NOT NEED BUT GOOD TO KNOW FOR THE FUTURE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS, QUIET LOCATION AND BEST LINENS.

This hotel room was so nice. It was spacious and had everything I could want. It was quiet and the staff was courteous. I really liked that breakfast was included. It was also a very convenient location. It was close to ECU.

Our second stay at this hotel and we’ve had a great experience both times. Friendly and helpful staff, super clean, a great location close to the campus for visitors. We will definitely come back!
