Excellent parking, not far from the city centre, with private entrance to the studio flat. Comfortable bed and good WiFi.

Easy check-in process, self contained, very tidy, ideal location, nice shower and comfy bed, fridge and mini kitchen. I will definitely book again.

Not much to dislike - The WIFI is more than adequate for basic web browsing but it struggled slightly when I was streaming live TV (BBC for football, Sky Go App, Netflix, etc.)

This was a great little studio apartment that I would stay in again if visiting Manchester! Mark met me to let me in when I arrived and communications were easy - plus he lives upstairs so it’s handy to get in touch if you need anything. But the apartment was really well equipped so I didn’t need anything! Good to have a fridge/freezer and a cooker. Shower was great, lots of nice little things around the apartment to make homely/comfortable without being cluttered at all. Great location for visiting rhs Bridgewater 10 mins away. Really quiet, and the outdoor space feels like an extra room (in summer!), I slept great! Thanks Mark!

Room was small but all amenities were available. Location was great, host was very welcoming. Highly recommend

As host previously warned, data signal and WiFi aren't the greatest due to low position of room in building, however we were able to get by using mobile data
