The displayed photos are accurate, but in person, the house looks even better. It's a new-ish property and lives large with the wonderful outdoor spaces. It's rare to find a 3BR property where all three bedrooms have king size beds. Kitchen was roomy, up-to-date, and well stocked - very easy to work in. Loved the front porch with rocking chairs, covered dining porch, and screened porch. Plenty of parking and our rental golf cart was easy to plug in with the owners extension cord. They thought of everything. Thank you, Kelly and Kimberly!

We have stayed in a number of vrbo’s and this is probably the best one yet. This home has everything you need: from the superbly clean, stylish and comfortable home itself, to the outdoor space with swim spa, to the convenience of its location to all the offerings of Southport.
The kitchen has everything. We played some of their games and needed paper and pen to score and they had that in the kitchen as well. We spent a lot of time in the swim spa and enjoyed lounging on the deck furniture. The spa is very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy. Kelly and Kimberly have left no stone unturned. We hope your beautiful home will still be an option the next time we stay in Southport. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was our 9th girls trip to all different states and by far our favorite house. The hot tub spa was perfect to hang out in every night before bed. Speaking of beds… I need those mattresses in my own house. They were extremely comfortable. Multiple of the 6 girls on the trip plan to return with our families in the future. I would absolutely recommend this house and the area to anyone who asks.

Our 3rd annual Southport trip for my birthday was amazing! Our first time staying in downtown area and this house did not disappoint! It was very clean, accommodating, and convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront park. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so clean, the rooms are spacious with great closets and storage, an awesome back yard, within walking distance to so much and the hot tub was amazing! Definitely would be so excited to stay here again.

The house was in immaculate condition. The pictures honestly don’t do the house justice. The house had things like condiments, spices and other cooking staples provided. It was also decorated beautifully. The hot tub was AMAZING! Every single one of us (5 girlfriends) were impressed with the whole experience. Before we arrived, the host answered any and all questions immediately. We want to rent again next year but for a longer trip! Highly recommend this home, it’s a steal!

Great stay in Southport to celebrate my wife’s birthday! The house was very nice and a great layout inside and out. Very close to all the restaurants downtown so a very short drive. Breakfast at Carolina Costal Cafe was only a block away and very good food.

We stayed for an extended weekend. The house is very spacious and exactly as described! Extremely clean and well maintained. The backyard and swim spa were PERFECT. Super close to everything in Southport. Owner had excellent communication and was even helpful with us establishing dinner plans. Check in and check out a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked. I did notice no toiletries came provided in the bathrooms, but there were plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you are particular. The home was kid friendly for our toddler, as well.
10/10 would recommend!

The property is clean, decorated impeccably, and has a well-stocked kitchen.The tea and coffee were a very nice touch! The location is also ideal. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and then relax in the swim spa at the end of the day. Kim and Kelly are great hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary vacation here. The house was great and had all the amenities you could ask for. Hot tub as awesome on those cool nights. Southport is a great little town and had so many restaurants, cafes, etc. I wish we had more time to try them all. Love this place. Would definitely recommend it for a little getaway!

We’ve been visiting the Southport/Oak Island area for years. This year, my kids wanted to stay in Southport to be near all of their favorite places. This home is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shopping spots, and the waterway, so the location was perfect!
But more than that, the home itself was simply amazing. It was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and such a comforting place to be. We especially loved the pool spa and the outdoor porch area, where we spent a portion of each evening.
This home is a quick drive to both Oak Island (we actually went to Caswell Beach each day) and the ferry to Fort Fisher, where you can tour the historical site, go to Carolina Beach (grab some Briitt’s Donuts!) and Wilmington.
I would not hesitate to book this home again. It is truly what I would consider “a home away from home.”

We had a great trip to Southport! First time visitors to this home! Owners were super accommodating with all the necessities to ensure we had a memorable vacation! The gorgeous back yard oasis with swim spa & screened in patio provided for lots of fun! Walking distance to all the delicious restaurants and shops! Just a short drive to the beautiful shore!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Southport. This home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has just about anything you'll need for your stay. We all enjoyed hanging out in the evenings in the swim spa after a day out. The beds were so comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything! The kids especially loved how large the upstairs beds/bedrooms are, they didn't want to leave.
The owners are very attentive and easy to contact if you need them. We did a lot of shopping, sightseeing & eating out, so many choices so close by. Oak Island & Caswell beach are close and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!
