Good location. Many ammenities and activities every day. Loved the breakfast, pool, rooftop area and restaurant, etc. The room I took was very dark, however, did notice that other rooms (like suites) were with more light. Not too many places to put the clothing. Towels were not the best. Rest all good!

Very good hotel, clean , breakfast by menu La carta , swimming pool good enough to get wet and cool down from the heat. Exito shopping centre 2-3 minutes walking distance with food court Safe to walk and bus stop beside the hotel I would strongly recommend this hotel

It’s really good hotel for stay in Medellin

This was in the heart of the city and everything is cheaper there. U don't get the tourist price. Everything u need is nearby. Mall is 4 mins away. Restaurants everywhere.

I have traveled to numerous times and have been in numerous hotels and Airbnbs but nothing compares to los patios. From the hospitality to the food and views. What a vibe. It hard to try a different stay after this experience!! Thank you everyone at los patios! Sincerely Alexios!!

We were helped out everyday by Santiago. He was kind, generous with his time, helpful to us since we have not learnt Spanish yet. Awesome person representing your vision of places to stay and comfort to your guests.

Clean and humble people

The property is located in a very nice part of Medellin. The property itself is very hip & modern. The rooftop restaurant & pool is amazing with incredible views. However the people at the front desk were not as good. When I checked in. No one showed me to my room. The hotels is not large. However there are no room number indicators on the floors. I walked both sides of the entire floor. Before i eventually found my room. You would think that for $97 a night. The front desk people or someone could have taken 5 minutes of their time to show me to my room. They were very short & seemed as if they could not be bothered when i asked questions on other occasions. This was very surprising. As it has been my experience that the people in Medellin are extremely friendly. The rest of the staff in the hotels were very friendly, helpful & accomodatint. Might want to consider putting different people at the front desk.
