Never had a issue at this place but dried blood on the bed and nothing at the property had to go out to buy things for us to be able to sleep at the place and be careful were you park followed owners instructions since he told booking.com he owns private parking spot but our car got broken into and damaged for the owner to say I never tell anyone were to park he also said this to booking.com and that it's nothing to do with him

Haus ist frisch renoviert. Zimmer war groß und sauber. TV mit Internetzugang. Küche mit Equipment und Bad ok.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht beschriftet kein Schild, keine Hausnummer etc. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich über Youtube Videos und Nachrichten via booking.com. Bitte nochmal überdenken, Gäste ohne Internet stehen ziemlich hilflos da.

The property is central location, near the shops and town centre. The bedroom is clean, the size of the bed is decent. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, air fryer and a kettle. The toilet has a choice of bath and a shower.

What I don’t like about the property are the following: inside the room it has no chair to sit on and no mirror. The pillows provided only one of each and its so flat it’ll give you a headache. It has a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities however there’s no bath math when you get out of the shower or bath so make sure you wont slip and hurt yourself. Also no hand towels to wipe your hands. The kitchen only has 1 chair and a counter top which I guess serves as a table. The toilet flush isn’t working well and the water doesn’t go down leaving it blocked. Tried to report this to the host but is not really much of a help cos they only sent us a text told us to use the “toilet brush” to unblock it and that the cleaner will come the next day at 10:30am. This property has no real person to speak to when you have concerns or complaints as they don’t answer the phone only sends a text. So never again. In the future, we’ll book a hotel.

They were no breakfast inside and the location was good and close to my work.

Last time I stayed at this guest house I have struggled to gain entry inside but I couldnt raise this issue because the message sent to me was:dont call us if you are having any issues,so to me this is not right.

It doesn’t have a cooker at this property

The room was spacious and clean. Communication in advance was good. When we had a problem, the manager was quick and efficient in solving it.

We had problems with the access codes, but this was dealt with quickly. The lock on the shared bathroom didn't work - that's a big problem with shared facilities The toilet flush was a bit temperamental.

The room facilities location I couldn't fault, spot on, easy access to everything,town centre bus/ railway station.there
