Room, hotel lobby and breakfast area were all very clean. Room was especially nice, modern, comfortable. Staff were also nice.
Only one small problem, we had no room service. Small inconvenience because all we needed was fresh towels, went to the lobby and were given towels.

Room looked as if they recently upgraded. We had a room with a kitchenette. But the room had NOTHING no dishes no silverware no pans. We asked about it and was told for $50 cash deposit they would give us a cook set. Also no where to sit to eat the only chair in the room reclined back making you feel like your gonna fall out it. No table. Also every morning awakened by construction at 5 am. On arrival front desk lady was not friendly at all seemed inconvenienced as we are checking in. Floors of room were not clean.

Didn’t stay we went in the room looked bad the door didn’t even completely shut . I tremors to get a refund but because I went though hotel.com. I couldn’t get my money back wasted 400 dollars had to pay 600 for another hotel . Will never book with hotel .com

Room was great. Breakfast was ok same meat 1st 2 days and just one waffle maker. I asked all 3 days to get computers to work so i could check my email nobody was able to help me with this problem. Everything else was good...

Check in was ready when we arrived. We were given a room on second floor but was able to move to a first floor room because of my parents age and there not being an elevator at this motel. Breakfast was ok.

Was an afforable stay in Piegon Forge. We only stayed one night. Had wonderful service from the front desk staff. Safe enough area. Just off the main street. Only complaint was that the floor was dirty. We had black feet just from walking within the room. They could easily mop between stays.

Very Close to a Trolley stop which was nice as I was there for NQC. I don't normally like hotels where the rooms are not inside, but for the value here it was great. The rooms are newly remodeled and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, free wifi. Its simple but it is safe and clean.

Bed Bugs! Bedbugs! B E D B U G S! When we confronted the front desk, the person said that he could not come up he would have the manager call us. I asked him if they had a protocol and he said yes here is the manager’s number. He said the manager would call us. It has been four days. No call. The motel was rated 8.6 I rated no more than a three. The worst motel I have stayed at in at least 20 years. Will absolutely think twice about a best western motel again.

Looks like Best Western took over a motel facility. 2 floors, no elevator, doors to the outside, just off the main drag. Discouraged at first but room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. Small kitchen including 3/4 fridge and 2 burner induction plate. Walk in shower was convenient. Didnt stay for bfast.

Well im guessing it was clean since it had stong smell of cleaning supply. But this place was about as simple as it gets. Only chairs to sit in was a desk chair and a generic "kitchen" chair to sit in. A hole in the bathroom door. The room was so "empty" of furniture it echoed when you talked. No worker at the front desk after 11pm so if you need something you'll have to wait til morning. This place simply not for me. Actually paid for 2 nights but didn't even stay one. I went down to my usual place of staying and got a room for my 2 night stay. So much better. Should have never tried something "new". I would share my photos but it won't let me.

The best reasonably priced hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Great staff, room was exceptional and clean. Located just off the main attraction strip and comfortable area. Highly recommend it!!

Tucked off the busy street, which we liked. Room was as expected for a budget friendly motel. Check in and check out staff were friendly, but everyone we encountered in between seemed unhappy to be there. One of the mornings there a man with a little girl asked the breakfast attendant if there would be more eggs as they were out and he was told “no, that’s it.” There was plenty of time left of breakfast for him to make more. It was really sad and terrible customer service

Overall it worked for what we needed. The main reason I booked was because it says they have laundry facilities. They don’t have any for guests. We were there for about 8 days for baseball tournament. It was close and convenient for that. Room was nice. We had a few problems with our key not working but overall it was nice and I would stay there again.

You get what you pay for is the best way to describe this property. I do believe the property owners are trying their best and have done a decent job with upgrading the rooms, the outside needs work.
The room was fine for just me for one night, but if I had the wife and kids, we would have been looking elsewhere. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice, but the desk chair was broke and there was a hole in the bathroom door (looked like it had been kicked). My room had a king size bed and there was another area that looked like a sitting area but had no furniture in it. Could have used a couch or sofa. I kinda thought that might have been where a jacuzzi tub had once been.
