The location was fairly good as it was a short drive from Disneyland Paris - that is the only positive thing I can think of. It was clearly once quite nice but had become very shabby and run-down.

The host was not there at check-in and the previous occupants had not checked out. After a 2-hour wait for them to leave so we could get the keys, the property was FILTHY. The host said they would clean it that evening when we were out but didn’t so we had to search for clean bedding and sort it out as best we could ourselves at 11pm at night The host then said they would clean it the next day and we headed off into Paris only to be told they couldn’t access the property as we had the key (we assumed they would have a spare and were not comfortable leaving it in an insecure location with all our things inside). The apartment was never cleaned and we spent as little time there as possible. The water in the bath took a very long time to drain away. The delay on check in meant we lost valuable time at Disney and communication with the host was sporadic and difficult. When we raised issues, they just threatened to refund and leave us with nowhere to stay and only offered a discount if we stayed there again - something we would NEVER contemplate as the experience was so awful
