This room was in large town house located very close highway 401 (thus accessible). The inside of the house was calm even though there were other rooms were occupied. Ilyas who welcomed me was very polite and courteous. The queen size bed was comfortable. I didn’t get to use it in the morning as I left super early but the kitchen area seemed clean.

There was a smell in the shared barroom. The property is located on a street that gives directly onto highway 401. When I went to bed, I could hear the traffic as the bedroom was facing the highway. I turned the fan that was on the room on level 3 and that covered most of the noise.

The Host and location with room cleanliness was very good.

Under this price range, its a nice and clean place to live, and also it is just 5 mins from Highway 401 and 10 mins from the airport so it was easy for me to commute in GTA area, as Peeyush(landlord) is also very friendly and helpful, one more important factor basic stores, plaza and restaurants are available just 10 mins away I strongly recommend this place.

Lovely and tidy room and house with everything you need. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and incredible location. Peeyush is a great host- thoughtful, gracious and friendly. Highly recommend!
