The room was clean and spacious.

The Hotel is in-between two construction sights, tucked in a back-yard ally. The staff were quite unprofessional, preparing breakfast in an out-door kitchen in their pyjamas. The pool water did not look clean.

Das Personal war unglaublich lieb. Insbesondere die junge Frau an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist auch super, weil man zwischen Gerichten auswählen kann und alles frisch zubereitet wird. Wir hatten ein super schönes Zimmer. Den Scooter konnten wir über das Hotel buchen und es stand am nächsten Morgen bereit. Wirklich alles Klasse.

Nous venons de passer trois jours dans cet hôtel. La gérante, Tchang, vietnamienne , est aux petits soins avec tout le monde Et toujours avec le sourire. Elle nous a aidé pour réserver des excursions et trouver des bons restaurants. Elle utilise un anglais bien articulé qui nous a bien convenu .L’endroit convient très bien pour accéder à la ville et il est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très convenable. Bref, nous n’hésitons pas à conseiller cet hôtel

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage hat uns gefallen und das Personal war professionell und zuvorkommend.

Nous avons adoré la gentillesse du personnel qui était aux petits soins. Chang, toujours souriante, nous a aidés pour les transferts, les excursions, les billets de train,... Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est préparé à la minute, vous avez le choix parmi plusieurs assiettes, des smoothies frais et des fruits frais. L'hôtel se trouve à 10 min à pied du Night Market.

Pour les personnes au sommeil léger: l'insonorisation (on entend les chambres voisines) et des rideaux plus opaques seraient top. Le café du petit-déjeuner.

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast, the pancakes were amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was very nice, modern and spacious with a free standing bath and separate shower. The pool was really lovely.

Everything was perfect,from arriving at the reception by Chang till checking out.

Location was superb, staffs very kind, bed very comfortable and room temperature super comfortable.

Lovely brand new hotel with clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and only a short 5 minute walk to the main food street/night market. We hired a motorbike from the hotel on arrival with no problems. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

The location is very good with easy access to restaurants, shops etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cooked fresh for you each morning and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Luang Prabang. A special mention to Chang who was so helpful and friendly with anything we needed.

The only small issue we had was the signal reception on the TV in the room. However, this did not have a bad influence on our stay as we spent most of our time outside.

Chang helped us alot and booked train tickets when it was fully booked elsewhere.

La calidad precio es imbatible. Hotel nuevo con unas habitaciones muy bien equipadas. Televisión smartv, baño perfectamente equipado. En definitiva unas habitaciones espectaculares.

After staying at another hotel for a couple of nights, I was hesitant to stay here only because there weren’t many reviews and sometimes that makes me nervous, but I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. The room was clean, the shower had great pressure, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again. Definitely a solid pick between the other overpriced places and some of the cheaper options that aren’t nearly as clean or comfortable.

Everything was perfect. We have been travelling for 2 months and stayed in lots of accommodation and this exceeded any of our other stats. Lovely spacious room and we could step into the pool from our patio. Bathroom was spacious and pool area was lovely. Good choice for breakfast. Quiet side street. Staff are brilliant. So friendly from the time you arrive until you leave. I can not fault it. Don’t hesitate in booking

The room was nice and alwaxs clean. Friendly staff, like mostly everywhere in Laos Quiet place Bed was very comfortable, the best we had in Laos

Honestly after 3 times beeing in Laos, breakfast was one of the worst we had. There is no menu, only one card placed near the kitchen where you can choose how you want your eggs. Coffe is awful. Because of the vreakfast i would rate the stay for overpriced, eveb if the room was fantastic.

Un hôtel tout neuf, pas loin du centre historique à pied, dans un style architectural “traditionnel moderne”. Le manager a réservé pour moi transferts aéroport et gare, billets de train et visites touristiques, avec le sourire et efficacité. Parfait. Chaudement recommandé.

L’insonorisation de la construction aurait pu être meilleure. Et les rideaux ne sont pas opaques à la lumière.
