I wasn't expecting much, having read most of the reviews. BUT, I have to say it was totally worth the money. The location is great if you like peace and quiet, the staff were nice, the rooms were clean and with a nice terrace. Food at the restaurant was tasty, pool was also nice and clean. All in all, totally worth it and I might even come back :)

Breakfast was a bit sad, especially the first day when we had some kind of muffin with butter and jam. It got better in time but still sad. The facilities are sort of unfinished, you can see they were trying but abandoned in the meantime. However, as I said, at least it was clean and whatever was standing, was well-cared for. Restaurant food was good indeed but the prices were also a bit high when compared to restaurants on the walk in Balchik. But again, I think that's a fair price to pay for the splendid wild beaches nearby.

Good location in quiet place. Mediocre breakfast - not bad but exactly the same all 6 days. Good patio. The staff was welcoming.

Bathroom was not clean. The shower was broken. Night time was noisy from high level music and people jumping in the pool.

Will return to this hotel again, a lovely Everything, the breakfast was great, but above all,the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service by the staff and nice breakfast

The rooms are big and comfy and the staff is friendly enough. The apartaments are the best choice! They are big and not smelly (except sometimes in the bathrooms)! The pool is nice and refreshing!!! The food at the restaurant compensates somehow with the rest. It's one of the best in the area!

The rooms from the ground-level were smelly and that could be a problem for the people with allergies!!! Even that the breakfast is allright, it's the same every single day. I would recommend to change it every third day or so!!!

Spiders in the room, not changing the towels, no refresh on toilet paper

Very nice people. Big and nice garden with a lot of rare animals. Very good food in the restorant.

The room and bath have smell. Staff not speaking English.
