Pleasant balcony with a nice view. It's definitely nice to sit there in the evenings in the warmer months.

Even though still a construction site the apartment as such was perfect for 2 people with two beds in separate rooms. All necessary equipment was available in both kitchen and bathroom - ideal for a week-type of stay.

Surroundings will improve as the construction disappears. The one bedroom with a bedroom out to the walking gallery in front of the apartment entrance is a bit irritating as it feels insecure.

Location was great, on the waterfront and within easy walking distance of places of interest. Good restaurants and an awesome bakery are on site. The area is under construction, but the building we stayed in was largely complete. The building is well soundproofed, so construction noise wasn't an issue at all. The apartment was new, very clean, and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for.

Oddly, the large bedroom window faced the main corridor, meaning the curtains had to be kept closed all the time. Also, probably due to construction, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the shower drain. We covered the drain (when not showering) which solved the issue. Even with the minor issues, we'd still recommend this apartment and return if possible.

The location was perfect! The apartment was very spacious with nice amenities. Really easy to get into the building and the apartment, no keys or card to carry. The instructions given to us where very detailed and accurate.

The bed was a bit squeaky, even when rolling around there was some noise. I would suggest some more towels in the bathroom, one hand towel and one for stepping on after the shower. We found the temperature in the kitchen/living room a bit too much, in the bedroom it was fine though!

Important problem is there is no curtain for balcony windows so light gets in at all times making it difficult to sleep on the sofabed at night. Better just for two people. Parking quite remote. Nothing major but all minor frustrations

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und mit schönem Blick durch die erste Häuserreihe auf Fjord und Hafen. Die Nachbarhäuser sind noch im Bau, aber viel Baulärm gab es nicht.

Wir haben statt des für 223€/Nacht gebuchtem 2-Schlafzimmer Appartement ein völlig anderes Appartement mit nur einem winzigen Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster (feststehende Glasscheibe zum Haus-Flur) incl. furchtbar quietschendem French Size Bett erhalten. Da konnten wir nicht schlafen, das war wie im Sarg. Uns wurde zwar Bettzeug für das Schlafsofa nachgeliefert, aber wir waren einfach sehr enttäuscht, dass die Fotos nicht der Realität entsprechen. Für 3 Nächte war schlafen im Wohnzimmer ok, aber für den Preis hätten wir auch ins 4-Sterne Hotel gehen können.

Schönes Apartment tolle Lage alles unkompliziert auch Parken möglich

Weg- und Zugangsbeschreibung waren sehr gut. Wir hatten Glück und konnten von unserem Appartement (5. Stock) tatsächlich die Eismeerkathedrale sehen. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Ausflugs-Startpunkten, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Hilfe bei technischem Problem kam zeitnah.

Noch nicht fertig eingerichtet (es fehlten uns: Bügel, Handtuchhaken im Bad, Toaster, Gläser, Schwamm, Mülltrennung wird eingefordert, es gibt aber keine entsprechende Austattung, Küchenreinigung vom Vormieter nicht überprüft bzw. nachgebessert ..). Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein mit Glasfäche direkt zum Hausflur, also wenig Luft und dunkel, es sei denn man möchte die vorbeigehenden Bewohner sehen bzw. gesehen werden.

Die Lage ist top. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Tromso. Noch dazu sehr netter Spaziergang am Hafenbecken entlang. Wir wurden ausgezeichnet informiert, wo sich das Apartment befindet (sogar mit Bildern!), was wichtig war, da die Umgebung großteils Baustelle ist, was uns aber keineswegs gestört hat. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Viele Dinge, die in vorhergehenden Bewertungen kritisiert wurden, sind mittlerweile behoben. (Gepäckaufbewahrung ist möglich - Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden - Wegbeschreibung sogar mit Bildern etc.) Alles in allem können wir das Apartment empfehlen.

No possibility to get total darkness in the bedroom at night, as the corridor (on which the bedroom window is located) is permanently lit.

One of the bed was making squeaky noise even for slight movement. Which affects the sleep

The living room and dining room are the best areas of the unit. Nice open space, good dining table that provides plenty of space for work. Nice sofa bed as well. Good collection of kitchen utensils, crockery etc. Nice big refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Location is great. It would be even better once the construction is done.

Unfortunately the floor plan wasn’t very well-thought out . The bedroom is cramped. It is located next to the main entrance, with a large window facing the apartment corridor. You have to close the window curtains for privacy. The bed was also very squeaky. I actually preferred to sleep in the living room. The sofa bed was much more comfortable. I think for the price, there should at least be complimentary toiletries like soap, shampoo and conditioner. The unit was also missing the different color plastic bags for waste recycling.

The location was great with a lovely view overlooking the sea. Within easy walking distance of most things. It felt very spacious and modern

Having to keep the bedroom curtains closed for privacy all day due to the bedroom overlooking the outdoor corridor. Would suggest some blinds to allow privacy but some daylight. Would’ve been nice for some tea and coffee to have been supplied.

L’emplacement est super et l’appartement est très fonctionnel et grand.

La literie n’est pas confortable, le lit est très bruyant au moindre mouvement. Par ailleurs, il y avait des travaux dans le bâtiment donc nous étions réveillés à 7h par les bruits de visseuse et marteau. Enfin, autre point négatif, la wifi qui ne fonctionne pas.

It is new! So new half the building is still in progress! Bright lights from construction and smell of paint fumes can’t be missed. Wifi only worked in the bedroom- needs to reach the living room. Room was so cold and directions were confusing for temperature control. We asked for another blanket, but they did not provide.

The location was brilliant, easy walking distance from everything in what will be a vibrant area of regeneration near the docks.

When we arrived the first apartment we were booked into was absolutely awful. Half of the building was a construction site and we had to walk through unfinished hallways to the apt. Wires were hanging from the ceilings and there was thick ice on the inside of the windows in the halls. The wifi didn't work and the bedroom was freezing cold. Also, the bedroom window looked on to the hallway and so if you didn't keep your curtains closed everyone walking past could look straight in. We were horrified at what was supposed to be our snuggly base for Christmas, especially having paid for something dubbed as "luxurious". We were then moved to a much nicer place in a different building which was lovely but we could have done without the initial dampened spirits at the start of our holiday. The new apartment was very warm, had a smart tv so could watch Netflix etc. However there were no wardrobes or chest of drawers to unpack so we had to live out of our suitcases.

Vi fikk god informasjon i forkant av oppholdet om hvor leiligheten lå, hvor vi kunne parkere bilen vår og hvor vi fant nøklene så vi kom oss inn. Leiligheten er ny og fin, og veldig stille. Fin balkong med utsikt ut mot de andre nye byggene.

Selv om senga er ny, knirket den noe voldsomt bare en snudde seg forsiktig. Her bør noen se på og stramme skruene i sokkelen på senga! Ellers vil en holde hverandre våkne om natta. Den ene spotrekka over sofaen fikk vi ikke til å virke. Så det var litt mørkt i den delen av rommet, men ikke noe stort problem.

New, spacious apartment and location is less than 10mins walk to the center.

I think its better to highlight in the details that bath soap and coffee/tea are not provided. The bed creaks and makes a noise even on slightest movement. Takes awhile to get a reply from admin or none at all

The location was great, a short walk to the center. The apartment was modern and nice looking. The hosts were helpful and resolved an issue with an incorrect apartment quickly.

The main issue and the reason for the low score from me: the apartment was too cold! The thermostat could be turned only to 22 degrees, however, there is no way that it actually heated the apartment to that temperature. The only room that was pleasant in terms of the temperature was the bathroom which had a heated floor. Based on this I would not go back even if it was for a quarter of the price. Minor issues: The shower pressure could have been a bit stronger. Lack of communication in advance and lack of hospitability: there was no shampoo/body wash. I don't mind bringing my own if I am informed in advance. They had a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. We arrived late in the evening, and in the morning we could not have coffee. Again, if this information was provided in advance, we would bring some from home. Yes, there is a cafe nearby but when it is freezing outside, it is unlikely that anyone will just "pop out" for morning coffee.

I love the location. Uniqueness of the layout and the view we got! Its just breathtaking. The fireplace in the penthouse!

There is none for us! Even though the development is not fully completed, what matters most is the rooms itself. And we are extremely happy with it. We will definitely come back to stay again.
