The location is good, the swimming pool is perfect, the size of the apartment is big.

There was nothing in the booking information that security deposit would need to be paid before arrival. As the amount of the security deposit was AED 2.000 we were not ready to pay it by card in advance. After different discussions the host approved the cash payment which was better for us. Also, we asked for a late check-out but it was possible only for additional AED 500, which was not reasonable to pay for a couple of additional hours. The doors in the apartment are very old and it's difficult to close them without noise.

Nothing was super

1. Didn’t allow me to enter before paying a deposit via a suspicious link 2. I paid a deposit of 2900 AED and only got a refund of a partial amount (given that nothing was touched on the apartment NOTHING) 3. The apartment smells really bad 4. The apartment is dirty 5. No enough towels 6. Walls have scratches and carpets and sofas are dirty 7. Just save your self the hassle and DO NOT book this place.
