The guesthouse is in a great central location with convenient on site parking! Once inside, the hosts have thought of absolutely everything which made it a perfect and comfortable stay.

Everything about our stay met and exceeded our expectations. Instructions to access the house were clear and accurate and the house was warm and inviting on our arrival. We had our privacy but great communication with our hosts. Don't miss the opportunity to stay.

Immaculately clean, most of it looked brand new. Great washing & drying machines, a huge TV & comfortable beds. Plenty of water provided by way of bottles in fridge and a water cooler, plus coke in the fridge. Could park right outside too. Host was quick to respond to messages.
3 seater sofa was uncomfortable, could feel the metal framework when sitting either end. It didn’t detract from it being a great place but when the rest is so new it seems a shame to use an old sofa.

Perhaps more comfortable seating in the living space but we were mostly out and about exploring.

This was very clean and the host was very much more than accommodating. They take the time to welcome you to the property and show you around also they give you your space with a very friendly send off. There is nothing they won’t do to make your stay fully accommodating for you! Fridge stocked with cans of coke and Pepsi as well as bottles of water. You are a 15-20 minute walk to pipers lagoon.
Overall there was nothing that was disliked or found to be a negative.

This is the perfect place to stay in Nanaimo. The suite is all new, spacious and clean. The wifi is fast, the beds are comfortable and the shower has great pressure and hot water. The place is fitted with modern appliances so you can cook meals as well as wash and dry your clothes. Svetlo is very friendly and willing to help with anything and offer recommendations. It’s great value for money and I would definitely recommend staying here.
