Vrbo requires that you give all reviews at least one star but if there was an option to leave negative stars I would. Upon driving up to the property everything seemed fine. The first red flag we got was right when we pulled up and the cleaner was finishing up. She immediately told us that the washer was broken and the pool was dirty. She told us that she had let the property manager know but in the time she was there no one had come. Despite this we continued to walk the property excited for our stay, but things just continued to get worse. The pool was so dirty my husband spent the next 2 hours trying to clean it so that our kids could get in for a bit. There was trash all over the backyard, the outside furniture was filthy and the hose were broken so there was no way to clean them. Inside the cover to oven was hanging off which was a huge hazard for our 1 and 4 y/o, along with a cracked glass door in the living room. The fridge also took a very long time to cool and the gas stove did not work at all. To top it all off the internet did not work. It seemed to be an issue from the service provider but the only solution the host could provide was to reset the router. I immediately communicated all of these issues to the host in a very detailed manner, but the only thing that seemed to be of importance was the internet. Because we had small children and a person with a disability we had no choice but to end our stay early and book somewhere else.

My family and I loved the home. The views were priceless so peaceful it was amazing. The pool was awesome we used it every morning and night. We had an amazing time at the property! Cons- -The house definitely needs to be deep cleaned, you can tell it has gotten a surface wipe down for quite some time. Some of the pictures do not reflect the way the house looks now. - The second bathroom we had issues with the toilet and the shower head coming off the host was very responsive and sent someone the next afternoon to fix it but the shower head just came off again. I didn’t bother telling them again because we were enjoying our vacation but would recommend getting a new one. - The washer and dryer definitely need to be updated the washer does not work and the dryer does not turn off it will keep going and buzzing unless you turn it off do not recommend drying anything unless you are in the home to turn it off. So that was unfortunate because I put stuff to wash it collected water and did not move or spin so I had to squeeze the remainder of the water out and put it in the dryer to put back in my dirty clothes bag to take home and wash. - The master bathroom window the neighbors could see in definitely at night so would recommend a shade or curtain. -The hill to the property is pretty steep so make sure you have a car with 4WD. Overall if the issue are addressed I would definitely recommend this home because it is beautiful and in a great location.

Home not maintained. Oven door, shower head, shower knob, door handles, toilet paper holders were broken upon arrival. Stove ran out of gas and we were told to switch it out. Mold in bathrooms. AC units don't work well and didn't respond to all remotes. Front door is not sealed, so rodents got it. Microwave barely works. Guest toilet bowl clogged and plunger broke, so we couldn't use it. Management ignored my request for some money back for their lack of attention to this homes needs that which I paid top dollar to utilize. The home has potential but needs a lot of work to be priced so high. Not worth the it.

I recently stayed at this lovely property in Puerto Rico and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, in the national forest yet still close to beautiful beaches. The house was mostly clean, but it could use a little more attention to detail. There were some scuffs on the walls and floors that could be spruced up. The highlight of our stay was definitely the master bathroom shower – the plants added a wonderful touch that made it feel like a spa. We did encounter a few maintenance issues during our stay. The shower head flew off the first night, and there was low pressure in the toilets. However, the hosts were quite responsive and addressed these issues promptly, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay with minor improvements needed. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Puerto Rico with the convenience of nearby beaches.

I stay for 5 days and have the best experience . Communication with owners. The place was so clean. Location perfect property is near everything. I recomendé this property to everyone . You will be have a good time . I keep on my favorite list to stay. Thank you

This is the worst place , the worst host ever , no water at all in the property tried to get in touch with host or owners impossible not even Expedia or Vrbo was able to get in touch with them , nasty dirty place

The location is amazing entering el Yunque and is close to an amazing juice bar (Degrees 18) which was nice to have near by. The road the house is on is extremely steep so make sure your car can handle that…. But the view is gorgeous from up there. The house is super spacious, cute, and comforts for a family. The outside decks were and views were my favorite. The kids got to enjoy the pool as well and loved the outdoor space down there too. We wish we had booked longer! Looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!
