This Cabin is all it says it is and more. The Cabin is perfect for a small family, two couples, or even someone in need of solitude and peace. It is beautifully kept, clean, and well stocked. We brought our own games but found ourselves playing some of the games provided! We brought our own knives, spices, and cooking items but were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed already in the cabin. I always bring my own toiletries but found I prefered the shampoo and condtioner that was provided. There are lots of activies in Helen. The hosts provided a great guide book about things to do and see, Hofer's of Helen is well worth the wait. It is in the host book for you to review, and you will love it. OK, back to the cabin. The deck was my favorite place in the cabin. We played cards, had dinner, and enjoyed the sound of the fire works there. We counld not see them but if you are there on the fourth of July ther is is a lot of open space on the 18th green were you can see them and talk to locals, that was fun too. You will dive by that area getting to the cabin. I have stayed at lots of VBRO rentals and this was by far the most comfortable bed ever!! Make sure you take the time to go to the pool. It is the perfect relaxation area after a day of tubing or exploring the town. :) Helen is great, this cabin made it fantastic!

I booked this cabin for me, my teenage daughter and my mother. It was perfect size and great location. The beds were comfortable. The owners really thought of everything and were very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts as well. My only suggestion would be to provide an outside broom so that we could have cleaned out the back porch (since it’s in a wooded area the back porch needs cleaned up before you can really enjoy it). Other than that, everything was great.

Very nice cabin, plenty of games, Tvs, swimming. We enjoyed our stay at Hidden gem.

My husband and I came down for a car event and to check out Helen. We were wanting something quiet and close to town and we got just that. The cabin is so cute! Maureen is quick to answer all questions. We definitely would stay there again!

This was a cozy little cabin very close to town. My fiance and I chose this cabin for a weekend getaway. We found the communication to be amazing with the hosts. We found it to be very clean and comfortable with a nice view down into the valley. It felt like home there. We had a blast!

Truly a hidden gem! We absolutely fell in love with this cozy cottage. The design and layout are truly unique, being set atop a pillar on a hillside. All the decor and color scheme really set the mood for a relaxing stay. The owners are friendly and helpful hosts providing lots of tips about the area and plenty of Keurig k-cups. We enjoyed sitting on the couch by the cozy fire watching our favorite show on the smart TV. And since the cottage is so cozy, I was able to see the neighborhood bear walking by the front door. The beds are cozy and the showers come stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In short it is a very cozy, and conveniently located cabin. We would definitely stay again. Helen and Sautee are just a hop skip and a jump away! Which means tons of outdoor adventures just a stone’s throw away.

We stayed in this little cabin and it was so peaceful! My husband & I both work in law enforcement so we were looking for a quiet and relaxing time & this cabin was perfect. The ride to the cabin was a little roller coasty lol its definitely up the mountain but was still very easily accessed. The owners were very quick to respond and have been amazing working with us, as my husband forgot some items and they have cordinated with us to get it mailed back. They even checked to make sure it was resolved. The cabin was very clean. The beds were comfortable. A little soft for my liking but hard to find a bed to please everyone. The rooms were a little smaller then I thought but still enough room for us. If I had one negative thing. It would be the notice of the little black bear. The owners definitely advised us we might see it. Granted we didnt. But I was very nervous to walk my dog at night. But it was exactly what we need and wanted for a week of relaxing! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hubby, puppy and I will stay here again without a doubt. A beautiful little gem with plenty of room for us. Easy to use everything, great gas fireplace, perfectly appointed kitchen and lovely easy to locate and drive in. Safe to walk all about. Felt deep in nature but so close to grocery and everything we wanted to do. Hosts are truly super and kind communicators. Fly fishing superior with Turning Stones. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was quaint and exactly as pictured. Communication was great and check in was easy. The location is excellent for hiking and visiting downtown Helen. High recommend.

My husband and I went to Helen to celebrate his birthday weekend. This little cabin was lovely, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home! Maureen, our host went over and above to make our short stay fantastic. She was very accommodating, and even left us a birthday surprise for my husband. The unit is centrally located in Helen, making it very easy for us to check on our little dog that traveled with us. Check in was a breeze and we felt very safe in this gated community. If you are looking for a short stay or a week, you will be very comfortable in Hidden Gem! Highly recommend!

My family of 4 stayed in this beautiful cabin. I have a 21 and a 16 year old. They loved the cabin. I thought it was so beautifully decorated. It had so many pretty details. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bathrooms had extra toiletries. Patio was perfect to enjoy a nice fire, beautiful views and a glass of wine. Cabin had a beautiful Christmas tree and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Getting to the cabin was easy. Had great parking in front of cabin. Cabin has great location. I can’t say enough of the hostess Maureen. She was very nice, helpful and replied very quickly. All instructions were easy to follow. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend.

Beautiful property inside and out! The cabin is cozy and wonderfully decorated. Check-in access was very easy. I was delighted with the added bonus of the Christmas tree and other decorations ! The owners Maureen and Bill were friendly and available! Would love to stay there again!

We had a great time staying at this cabin. My wife daughter and son in law came for a short stay in Helen to enjoy the mountains and change of seasons. We were well pleased with the amenities as the host put a lot of thought and planning into the smallest details to make a stay enjoyable. The cabin is cozy and is spotlessly clean and the beds are wonderful. Also enjoyed the fireplace. Would highly recommend a stay here for 1 or 2 couples

My mom, sisters and I went to celebrate my mom’s birthday for a girls weekend and had a wonderful weekend at the Hidden Gem cabin. It was quaint and cozy, perfectly decorated for the mountain vibe, had a nice size back porch with a nice fire pit with views of the treetops and the Valhalla golf course, and was located right off the downtown Helen strip up in the mountains. The hosts had GREAT communication and were so accommodating. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in there area!

It was more than expected beautiful house! Nephew went in single came out engaged EXTREMELY memorable! Maureen was the BEST she took EXTRA steps to make it more memorable! She was a sweetheart!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN!!!! 😊

This was the perfect cabin for a couple and an additional friend. The master suite is upstairs so there is privacy for the couple. The downstairs bathroom is just outside the second bedroom . This enabled our friend to get up early , have coffee and watch tv without disturbing us. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and being in the heart of activity. We liked the fact that the Innsbruck Country Club is gated and is 300 yards from the Loralei apartments where other friends stayed. While there we rode motorcycles in the mountains and had easy access to other cute towns around us.

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay very much at this property. We loved that it was in a gated community, a very beautiful place. Just a few minutes away from Helen, GA. A nice and cozy little house just the right size for us and had every thing we needed. The leaves on the trees around the house was very colorful. A nice deck to sit and drink coffee, and the gas fire pit is a real nice touch. The Host very nice and helpful, she got right back with me on any questions I had. If we are ever in this area again this is where we would want to stay.

This cabin is a short distance to Helen and all the hiking trails. The place itself is wonderfully decorated and space is extremely efficient. The porch is also great to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs this one has my highest recommendation.

We were lucky enough to find this actual hidden gem just a few weeks before coming to Helen for Oktoberfest and it was amazing. The cabin is super cozy and well furnished so that you feel like you are in your own personal cabin treehouse. It was a perfect romantic getaway for my partner and I. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay and more. This is my partner and I’s favorite rental property we have stayed in and both of us would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to come to Helen or just need a relaxing vacation in the mountains.
