We stayed on the 3rd floor. Between 12 midnight and 2:30 am the family above us had a child running around and Helda heavy foot stomping across the floor. Minimal sleep with a long drive the next day. Not enjoyable at all.

from the moment of check-in to check-out was warm and friendly from the whole staff (Very Professional). The room was very clean. I loved that the room has a regular size Refrigerator and stove and also the microwave. This was a wonderful trip. If I take another trip in the area again I will be staying at Main Stay Suites. By the way, I got to see a Black Bear in the parking lot the first day.

So we really liked the hotel, the only thing was in the pull out couch there was a dirty sheet still on the bed. And during breakfast, the milk cartons were beyond sour.
On the plus side, the staff was nice an accommodating. And while we were there, it was quiet.
Overall, if we visit again, I would stay at this place again.

The staff was super nice. We had some problems with the room we were given and immediately the young man working got us into another room. Every time we walked by the desk he was asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Everything was super clean. Next time im in the area, i will be staying here.

This is a brand new hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful the suites are very spacious we had 5 in our party and had plenty of room definitely worth the money and would stay again if in the area.

Our room was clean when we arrived and very inviting. The room was never cleaned during our stay. We were told that we had to request for our room to be cleaned. We requested for the room to be cleaned, but it never was. We had to go and get our clean towels and wash clothes ever evening. We even requested for clean towels daily! So when we left, there was a pile of dirty towels in our room. We were there for five nights and there were 4 in the room(all women). So you can imagine!!

I liked the location & the king suite with kitchenette. Room was very comfortable & enough space. I would recommend less chlorine in the VERY small pool because it’s overwhelmingly strong. My daughters aged 2, 9 & 11 couldn’t enjoy it at all. The workers at the front desk were very friendly, quick to handle issues. The breakfast was not appeasing at all lol. Options are tiny but it’s complimentary. It was a pleasant stay.

This is good location and the hotel seems to be recently built. While this hotel seems to be newer it appears to have been poorly built. You can hear the steps of the guests above you really hard(not the usual noise). The fridge in the room kept disrupting the breaker and the towel rod fell down at 2 AM. Around 11 PM somebody knocked on our door really hard as if they wanted to kick it in. I went to the lobby to talk to the host and he didn’t do anything. While breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 AM around 8:15 they were out of most things. Had to wait around 20 minutes for coffee. I wouldn’t count the breakfast in this hotel. We tried the pool and the water was dirty/cloudy and had a musty smell. Overall really bad night and experience in this hotel.

This is a newer property that has been maintained well. We enjoyed our stay, the location was viable for options to shop, eat, sports, fun. The staff were professional, respectful and helpful; breakfast was good, rooms and property was clean, pool was fun.

Property itself is nice and staff was friendly. The issue is that the walls are thin and we could hear kids yelling in the next room. It sounded like a herd of elephants was in the room above us. I tried calling the desk to see if we could switch rooms shortly after checking in but i was placed on hold and disconnected. I called back several times and no one picked up. I gave up because we had a reservation at Anakeesta and i had to go. Would not stay here again.

When we arrived at the property to check in they had no record of our reservation. They also did not have a room available for us. We had to find a room in another hotel but most properties were booked full. We did find a place to stay but it was the worst place that I have ever stayed in during the past 60 years of traveling around the world. I will never use Expedia again.
