Pricy! For how staff treat you besides the house keeping mob smh the worst

Front desk clerk was friendly. The room we got was not far the elevator, the constant beeping of it was clearly heard inside the room. The door could have been insulated some, with light out in the room at night, light coming in from the hallway could be seen all around the perimeter of the door. The room had a very strong unpleasant smell as if someone had just cooked or reheated food there. Bed blanket/comforter was dirty, at least the sheets around it were clean. The floor had crumbs abd food particles. Shower walls were also dirty. The tv and microwave had big obvious streaks from whatever was used to wipe them. The hotel itself is updated but the lacking attention to cleanliness takes a lot away from the value.

Was a great stay and in a good location. Our room was very spacious and handicapped accessible. Just would change the frequency of cleaning after turnovers. Next to the FunPlex is a great location. FunPlex is expensive

The property was extremely nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower amenities were provided for the room. The staff was extremely nice and private about our room number which made us feel safe. Would highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was also delicious and the area was clean.

The hotel looks relatively new, checkin was good. I was surprised our room had a broken toilet seat and the room smelled like dog had stayed there. I didn’t ask to change room because my wife said she couldn’t smell anything. The bed was very comfortable and although there were lots of kids around, we got a good night’s sleep without any noise.

The body wash in the bathroom was empty. There was no bartender in the main lobby. The brown blanket in our room was used. The elevator is super slow. Then on our last day we got stuck on the elevator. We rung the bell for help service. No one answered the phone. We were stuck for about 5 minutes with no communication from customer service. That was very disappointing. I would say the room was very nice and clean besides the used blanket.

Only issues were a heavy walking upstairs neighbor and children/dogs loud in the early morning (7-9am)

Housekeeping could have been better with cleaning the room when you requested to have it cleaned.

The hotel was great the room was really clean. The breakfast was good. I loved that funplex was right next to the hotel.

Very nice hotel. There is a complete kitchen with pans and utensils ready to use. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. However, there are only 2 elevators, which stopped working. There wasn't a sign put up to inform the people who were staying at the hotel. So people were standing arond waiting for the elevator that never came. The housekeeper never cleaned the room or took out the garbage.

Everything was great except for the fact that everything was super loud. You heard everything through the walls. Great stay other wise and bed was super comfy.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing was that the suite could have used a little more cleaning in the bathroom and with the sheets.

I requested a daily clean of my room as I was staying for 5 days. The room was only cleaned once. With they amount paid for room cost that was a reasonable request. Facility next to a water park so lots of kids in facility with lots of noise. Unfortunately I didn't know the proximity of the water park when I booked the room.

The hardwood floor was everything since my babies loved playing on the floor.

This was an absolute rip off. This should have be replaced with TWO free nights as the quiet hours did NOT exist even in assessible.room there were fire hazards, debris all throughout hallways and walkways kidz racing like they were outsise and there parents amoking idle in the main entrance dogs are treated with more hospitality than humans 3 dogs were in rooms for 2 occupants. No warning dogs would be at the hotel nor do they clean rooms when requested then tell you they will xncl the booking as previous 4 NIGHTS were occupied (before holiday rush) ams asked to terminate last separate date for 3rd as once charge went through I get way near Philadelphia to turn back and reach by 8:30pm then leave within 1.5hr frustrated getting zero work done and no sleep as door wouldn't shut securely near exit smokers frequent...then get back after 1am just to leave by 6: 15 Am as noise persist no shower no rest . I will do google review next . Advertising pet welcome is important for allergies

Hotel was convenient to everything! Very clean and comfortable!! Had 5 hour power outage the night we checked in... No TV or WiFi, waiting to see if I receive the points that were promised to me for the inconvenience... Worth a try but I may not go back...

The trash can in the room was full.

Booked a 3 night stay for my wife and I and our three pre kids ages 7-11. At check in, systems were down, took 20 minutes as a result, no room key, staff seemed discouraged and unenthusiastic, though did walk us up to the room. No room key could be furnished til later that evening. My son had a bad fall on the hard floors, was unfortunate and sent my kids down to the front desk. They didn’t have an ice pack, and instructed my smaller kids to fill up a plastic bag they gave them in the ice machine themselves. Returned to hotel after emergency room visit (his nose broke - not the hotel’s fault), at 2am empty lobby with 2 front desk staff talking about one of their car troubles. Got the room keys and told about our rough day. They’re nice enough. We get to the room to get some rest, realize there’s no blanket for sofa bed, call down and they tell us to come get a blanket at the front desk. Hotel was empty, so felt like one of them could have run it up but not a big deal, I get the blanket. We were also short a pillow, so I asked for that as well. One of them goes back and gives me a pillow. I ask if it’s clean, get a look back that isnt confident lol. It wasn’t clean, we didn’t use it. Get into bed finally w my wife and it just starts sinking lol. We aren’t that big. Left two days early, wasn’t offered a refund or even a discount. No followup on any level from staff about the broken nose. Elevator super slow Lobby snack fridge has personal food in it Flies

The fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. They lost power for two minutes, which, caused the TV, hotel room phone and Wi-Fi to go out for three hours.

We will be staying here again. Loved it!

Clean, nice staff, was able to extend check out time for an extra fee with no problem. Rooms were also nice and clean.

Need to restock toiletries. Some were obviously used prior and the shower wash in the shower was empty

1st stay ever- room near elevator when work trip is horrid- ice machine elevator HEAVY traffk- a huge dissatisfier....hope a makeup day in the future i left before 8:15 to find an alternative for rest

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! It was much more than I had expected, especially for the price that I paid!!
