establishment was clean and staff were friendly.
there were no shampoo and soap in the bathroom and air-condition was hot.

Staffs are accomodated.
I tell them my problem in the toilet bowl the following day when I started to check-in. I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights but they don't have initiative to fix it. I needed to go to my friend hotel in order for me to use restroom. They keep on accomodating guest and providing good service but they just let me suffer and don't have initiative to transfer me in other room. 3 stars!

The linens has stood the test of time.It looks old.
The rooms needs to be renovated. Sockets not working properly.

The location is great. It is close to restaurants and convenience stores.
The shower in the bathroom needs fixing. It is working, but not in the usual on/off operation. The water that comes out has a weird smell of rust, too.
I also didn't like the loudness of the aircon. 😔

The receptionist was not friendly, especially during check-in, and even suggested to cancel my booking because my room booked is deluxe and they don't have it available. When inteported the TV is not working, they can't fix it so she again suggested to cancel my booking. terrible indeed!

The staffs are very accomodating,they help us with our stuff. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

I guess the location as this was the main reason why I booked this hotel.
We checked in last Feb 25 past 4pm and got 2 rooms. I booked 2 balcony rooms but when we got there the front desk staff told us that there’s no more available rooms and she was disappointed that Booking.com did not check with them first if there’s still available room. After checking she then gave us 1 balcony room on the 3rd floor and 1 “upgraded” room on the 2nd floor. That room has 2 beds but was advised that we can only use 1 bed despite having two beds on that room saying that we’re originally booked for balcony room and not that room. The room on the 3rd floor the toilet bowl is clogged and not flushing and overflowing it was so grossed. TV and telephone are not working. Wifi is so slow and I have an online exam by 7pm. The kettle was also not working as I tried to use it because I want to drink coffee. Tried to ask for a refund but the front desk said she cannot decide. Given the experience we left the hotel at 6pm and advised the front desk that we're transferring to nearby hotel. She recommended Azurro hotel thanks to her though. The next day I came back asking for the refund but instead I was given a number of their boss. I called and texted and demanded a refund but she refused as she said things could have been fixed. We don't have time to wait for the staff to resolve the issues as it should be all working in the first place. Guests must not bear all the inconveniences. We have stayed at different hotels here and abroad as we are a frequent traveler and I could say that this had been the worst experience.

I had problems with my car while travelling so I needed to stay somewhere nearby just for the night. I was in a hurry while booking and did not read much about the reviews and I wanted to have a place to stay asap. Then I found this hotel which looks alright and so thought I can finally take a rest. But no, the night has just started and there are still a lot more to happen. So upon arrival there is only 1 staff who does everything. The elevator is not working, no drinking water and slippers in the room. The sink and bath faucets are broken. No hot water in the shower. When the AC was turned on it was too loud then after less than an hour it stopped working so I walked down the frontdesk to show it to her. She tried switching it on and off, pushed all the buttons to no avail until I am getting frustrated and suggested to be transferred to another room. Then, I was given a smaller room with working and little less loud AC, but the catch is that, you can hear those loud noises of videoke singing from not afar. :(

Nothing. The breakfast is not bad and not good. So so at best, which is the only good thing with this hotel.
The receptionist at night is a very bad one. Did not explain any of the amenities. Did not give us the breakfast slip. Did not even showed politeness or respect to us. This hotel should even be thankful I even rated 1/10. In the morning, we asked to have our towels replaced and the trash at the room be thrown away. We came back at night without any of these being done! We asked if they have rooms with hot water (shower), they even lied that there’s a button that we just need to press to make the shower water warm! There isn’t one, what a surprise! Avoid this hotel at all cost!

No elevator. What If the client is an elderly. No telephone. What if in case of emergency. OMG NO WIFI ever. I use only my data. Not safe. There are people who are quarrelling. No security guard. Lobby is dim. BF they didnt told me what time to have.

Elevator not working, no hot water, water not draining properly, big shower head not working, only hand held shower head and and and. Door key card was reset every day, hot in the reception area and breakfast mediocre.
Find another one and avoid this one.

1. AREA: It is near bars and you could hear KTV noises around the vicinity.
2. DOOR: The door keep jamming everytime I open it.
3. ELECTRIC PLUGS: Only 1 of 3 plugs are working but even the only plug that the guest can use sparks, making it unsafe to use. I had to go to the reception and request for my phone to be charged there.
4. WARM WATER: Inconsistent.
5. SHOWER: The shower was not clean, I had to run the water for few minutes as there was a weird smell. The main shower head was not working, so I had to use the detachable shower head.
6. SINK: The sink wasn't stable, it felt like it will fall apart.
7. OVERALL CLEANLINESS: The pillows are thin and they need to be disposed as they are so discolored.
8. These was made aware to the staff but they did not offer any room change.
