It was a very nice little hotel. Loved having the ocean in our literal backyard. There was no beach access which was disappointing. But we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The bed was very uncomfortable and sleeping there for 6 nights made us pretty grumpy. Overall it was a special place and I know they're doing renovations still, so maybe a new mattress will be added

Cool little hotel right on the At school, they have all these recruiters there and so she started talking to these marines that were like she’s real athletic and she was softball player played basketball so she’s like they were like doing these pull up challenges and she’s out there beating the guys They’re like oh So she started talking to She’s like she’s all she’s all about it yeah yeah But she’s doing stuff in the line on the front linek

Good stay. Room was clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would have been better is the pool was cleaned and the beach was more easily accessible.

Location was fantastic! Quiet right in the ocean. Close to the rainforest and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Great bakery close by.

Our stay here was great. They have a cute little deck where you can sit and relax just listening to the ocean waves. It was within walking distance to a nice beach and a lot of restaurants. It was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to go.

Selva Boutique Hotel saved my vacation to Puerto Rico! Oceanfront and beautiful. The room was beautiful with an ocean view. The hotel is so close that I heard ocean waves 24/7. I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I walked through the door. The bed was big and comfortable. Parking was super easy. And this hotel had to be the cleanest place i have ever stayed. I would absolutely stay here again.... and again.

The owner and staff are wonderful. So kind and accommodating. Property is being updated but still needs some work. Very nice pool area and beach access was a short walk away. Overall a positive experience.

This was a perfect hidden gem! So close to the ocean and quiet enough to hear the waves. This is a beautiful up and coming boutique hotel with clean rooms, comfty beds, hot showers and excellent AC. Exactly what we needed while we toured around the island.

Selva Boutique Hotel is a lovely, simple place that is a welcome contrast to large resorts. My room was comfortable and nicely appointed for the low pricepoint. The property is in a quiet residential area. My room opened to the pool with a view of the ocean beyond.

This is a great place to stay. The staff, housekeepers and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a little old but in my opinion, the cleanliness is priority and they have 5 stars in the housekeeping. Great facilities and again, everything was super clean.

We booked the two bedroom with panoramic ocean view and it was great. Nice, clean room with a great view with two balconies. The outdoor pool was very nice as well. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Puerto Rico. My only suggestion is they should add a drink vending machine and bigger ice maker because it was tiny.

This beautiful property was recently purchased by a lovely woman who is in the process of renovating it. It's located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Luquillo Kiosks and local beaches. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was clean. The best was how friendly and nice everyone was. We would definitely return.

Horrible property. It’s a complete cat fish. We arrived and we felt like we were walking into a horror movie. We asked for a refund and they said no. So I’m fighting it to the end

The property was beautiful, and we wished we could've stayed longer. We wanted to take a night swim in the pool, but noticed that there was no lighting in the pool itself or surrounding it so we opted not to. Other than the pool lighting the room and whole place was clean and the morning coffee/tea and cereal was a nice treat!

Close to the kiosks and El Yunque!

I love this little hotel. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks is awesome. Very short walk to a very nice long beach and the Luquillo kiosks which have good food and drinks. Staff is super nice and accommodating. I will go back here!

We stayed for 4 nights. It was dated but comfortable. Beds could use some slip guards on the legs though. Great location for daily walks to the kiosks for dinner. Price was on point for what was expected and received.

If traveling to Puerto Rico, DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible location, in the middle of a neighborhood and not tourist friendly.

Surfside location wirh two small balconies offered good value for the money. Ocean is loud so be aware. Main downside is there's not much nearby other than the kiosks.

I like that was a b&b. The hotel was not finish. The beds were very hard. The shower had no rails to hold on and shower had an inclination plus slipery. All the doors were hallow, very noisy. And the other clients were fighting all night.

Clean with parking. Very noisy—neighbors kept us awake for hours. Bed wasn’t attached to frame; minimal everything. Should have been half the price.

The view from our 2 bedroom suite was absolutely breathtaking!! The best feature of this property. Had two balconies, which was lovely! Pool area clean but very sparse. No hot tub (they did not advertise that there was one). King bed very comfortable. The double beds, meh! No lamps by the beds, which was rough if you like to read in bed at night. Asked for room Service on day 4 expecting clean sheets. No service whatsoever. On day 5 they came and exchanged towels,.didn't change sheets as I had hoped due to sand, nor did they pick up bath mat. The staff claimed I would have needed to specify specifically 'new sheets', even though I asked for Maid Service, not just clean towels.Shampoo dispenser, but no conditioner, so come prepared.. The staff was friendly. Expected BEACH chairs as advertised. Nope. Just the chairs by the pool. The neighborhood was a bit 'rough'. I think the use of the word Boutique in the name of the hotel is a stretch! Selva is not to be considered luxury by an means. Seemed like a clean Mom and Pop hotel. All in all our particular suite's view was unmatchable!! But explicitly ask for that type of room, if you want a nice view. Noticed that staff don't answer the phone when you call in. And the voice message greeting is in Spanish! Texting worked.
