I faced a major safety crisis 15 th feb 2024 early morning. Someone entered my room at 5am in the morning from the balcony and left before I could react. it was an intruder in my room who appeared disoriented and inebriated. As a solo female traveller i was paralysed with fear and cannot assert hard enough as to how much this experience has scarred me. After frantically calling for the management someone did come to check and closed the balcony door. He left and I could clearly hear abusive language and commotion coming from outside inquiring about my personal details. The same intruder started knocking on my door frantically which I didn’t open, literally fearing for my life. I am traumatised and I will be having nightmares for days to come. Booking.com should take stringent action against this set up. This has definitely made me second my decision to book in future via booking.com. as female solo traveller my security is my top concern and criteria on which I chose my accommodation. This incident has scarred me for life. It will take me quite some time to muster courage to live alone in a hotel or anything from booking.com.

Very near to AIIMS hospital, we stayed here for good 2 weeks it’s more like home to us now staff is very much helpful and great service you just ask they will provide you WiFi speed was very good, will surely stay with them only whenever we are coming to Delhi

We had an excellent experience at the South Ex Residence Hotel; the staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were always willing to help. Additionally, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, including McDonald's and Bangla Sweets. Overall, the suites with a dining area, sofa seating, and a personal room are the best accommodations; we appreciate Booking.com for offering such a wonderful hotel.

This place is warm and inviting, and as a single woman traveling, I find it to be very safe and welcoming for women. There is good on-site parking available, and the receptionist helped us with everything we needed to know about the hotel. I have read some unfavorable reviews of this establishment, but I'm not sure why, as this place provides excellent customer service and welcomes guests. I'll definitely visit this property each time I'm in Delhi.

It is not a hotel, but more an apartment. Brand new building, nice architecture. Brand new bathroom and furniture. Looked cosy. Good location near the center but still on the quiet street.

It was a great mess when we checked it - we arrived at 5PM, but none of 4 Staff knew what's going on. It took them 30 min to understand what to do, where to run, how to check us in, etc. They even didn't know to which room to put us. Our room was clean, but the common areas and the kitchen... you'd rather not see it. Terrible mess. And there were 4 (!!!) people doing nothing. Could they just clean and collect some trash instad of sleeping?

1. Brand new rooms but deep cleaning is pending. 2. Quite location close to central Delhi.

1. No reception or hotel manager 2. No signboard outside the premises. 3. No food facility so order from Zomato or Swiggy 4. Staff has no uniform 5. Staff clueless about most things and need training urgently. 6. Plug points don't work in the room. 7. Will need 6 months to start full operation. 8. Location on Google maps is wrong had to call the hotel and reconfirm it. 9. QR code for payment is not functional so ended up paying the staff.

Good location. Interesting and safe neighborhood. Modern rooms.

Work in progress. Just opened. Water was not warm every time. Internet not strong in every room. No reception. Breakfast not really good. Again work in progress, opened a months ago.

The Rooms are spacious. The Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very supportive and helpful they made our stay very much safe and comfortable like home would definitely suggest this property to all my friends and family members, Thanks booking.com to provide such nice and comfortable hotel cum home for our stay
