I had pre-booked and prepaid for the hotel, but when I arrived, there were no rooms available, and I didn't get a refund. They tried for two hours to contact Expedia without success. Never again with expedia!!! The service at Capri Hotel was terrible. Despite making a room reservation and paying for it, there was no room available. I had to spend hours at night searching for a room because all the hotels were fully booked. All attempts to contact Expedia were unsuccessful, and I still haven't received a refund for the room payment.

Run down. Limping towards its end

I booked one King room with a fridge. But there was no fridge in our room, No telephone, no alarm clock and some hangers for clothes. Only one bed, TV and side tables with two mosquitoes and roaches. Hotel asked me way higher price than what hotels.com showed. Then they gave me a King room without fridge. Also, a half of the hotel has been under renovation or closed. At 1:00 am, Sat, July 6, 2024, a woman covered with gray hood and clothes was sobbing and arguing with a guy sitting in a car at the parking lot for hours. I wish someone should contact the police. But it did not happen. We were wondering the human trafficking going on here at this motel. Upon checked out, other hotel guest told me that he killed 7 roaches over night. Horrible hotel. No coffee, no breakfast, no business computer, but a bed and TV.

Good

The desk worker was rude. The outside door handle fell off (apparently a known issue) and the shower curtain was too short. There was also not enough towels/etc. for a double room.

Overall it was a basic room, fridge and ac worked great, the room looked like it was recently renovated. Our only major issue was someone knocking on our room door at 4am, without a peephole or window near the door we didn’t bother getting up to see what it was about.

Great customer service

i loved my stay here. the only bad thing is the area is alright but not great.

The bed had cigarette burns in it along with stains and a large slash in the bed like someone had slashed it with a knife. The room smelt like mildew and when we brought it up to the staff we were met with attitude. The main lobby also looked like it hadn’t been swept of mopped in weeks. Alot of people in the area looked like drug addicts me and my girlfriend did not feel safe would not recommend.

it was nice for what was needed. but bathrooms were dirty.

Had a great experience

The property was convenient for the price. The resident on the side of me kept the whole place up yelling and screaming out his window from 1130pm on. It got so bad I had to leave and check out at 3:30 AM.

I liked the fact that I was left alone and in peace I didn’t get bothered by other people or staff

There was only 2 pillows on a queen bed. The ad said down comforter. There was no comforter. The bed was made up with sheets and there was a folded bedspread ( yes bedspread not blanket) under the bedside table for use. There was no coffee,cups,ice,hair dryer,or iron in room or available at all. The complimeny toiletriyconsisted of a small round bar soap and a foil packet of shampoo placed on the very small bathroom sink. There was no vanity in bathroom just a pedestal sink 6 inches from toilet which was 6 inches from shower. The outside of the property was run down with alot of questionable looking people roaming on site at night. It was noisy. It was directly off an interstate highway with no convenience to stores in site which was really disappointing seeing how there wasn't so much as a vending machine or ice machine on property. The staff spoke broken English and became rude when I couldn't understand them.if I hadn't booked. Non refundable 2 nights I would have left after the first night. I will never return.

The wifi didn’t work in the room you had to go outside and into the parking lot to get wif The Tv was spotty and was crooked on the wall, you had to ask to get a refrigerator in the microwave in your room to refrigerate with brought it. It would rock back-and-forth not levelled off the air conditioner and turn on the shut off sound like it was going to fall off the wall.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel we will definitely be back the rooms were extremely clean and very nice loved them give this a 5 stars

Tv didn’t work and no microwave in room

Told me the wrong room, no refrigerator or microwave. The lamps in the room didn't turn on. It was an awful experience and will never stay again.

The stay was ok, electric outlet in bathroom did not work I couldn't curl my hair, really not enough outlets in the room period. 1 night would be all that we would have wanted to stay there.

1 towel in room,smells in the room , phone with no Wire connected , crack heads pacing the parking lot ,they gave me a hard time to get more towels an it’s way over price wouldn’t recommend this place at all

The place need more pillows and it clean place and cheap

We ended up in room at beginning of trip it was okay. Then maid was doing only part of room. Then it began to smell like something died in the wall was told maintenance would be by in AM they NEVER came then maid refuse to come in room because of Smell.

The property is very outdated for the price paid. The Blankets all have burn holes and tv not working properly hardly any towels even when asked

No heat an the pics don’t match the rooms

When I walked in the room I had to leave because there was a rat. They sent me to a different room I walked in and it wasn't clean. Then finally they gave us a room that was cleaned but the tv didn't work. It was to hot. The AC didn't work

The reception lady was rude and she gave me the rong room i ask for a water view room with a small walk out patio and she gave me one without. Then she gave me a room with patio but no water view. I was looking at a parking lot all night on Halloween night there is no elevator to bring you up to your rooms and there tv suck old remote that dont work and room 206 has a bottle cap underneath the rug that kept stabbing my feet when i walked to bathroom not happy i was so tured i didn't even bother asking for refund or for receptionist to change my room to the water viewing side.

Everything worked good & they are very nice but I just wish the room was cleaner. And for a non smoking room it had burn holes and smelled like cigarettes 😩. Deff could use new things in there !!
