The villa's pool has a rectangular shape and measures approximately 9m x 5m. It is equipped with electric heating (available from November to the end of April), Roman steps for easy access, and a pool cover.

There are 10 steps from the front entrance to the kitchen, 5 steps to the dining area, 4 steps to access Bedrooms 1 and 2, and 2 additional steps to Bedroom 2. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are accessed by 3 steps. Seven steps, along with a handrail, lead from the pool patio to the hot tub and gardens.
