The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were quite clean and very spacious!

Modern well designed rooms in a great location for golden 1 stadium. We met some really great staff but also had some poor experiences. However, we stayed 3 nights and never got any housekeeping though. When we asked via the app, no one got back to us. When we called the second day, they weren't apologetic at all and only said "we're too short staffed". The bartender at the bar our first night was very frazzled and commented multiple times on being "alone and unable to keep up". We were patient and saw two groups sit down after us. We were all at the bar. When she got caught up enough to come serve us she started with the last group to be seated and then the second. We gave up and just left. The last night we were there a great, very sociable and adept bartender was there. I took a glass of wine to my room that was absolutely undrinkable though. I dumped it down the sink. I should have it back of course but I didn't bother.

The breakfast was over priced and they where out of one of the four choices.

Housekeeping left a few things undone in our room prior to us arriving-someone else's food and dirty glasses were in the in room refrigerator. Also big hair balls were left behind in the trashcan. The food and bar, front desk staff, valet, and bartender were all wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if going to an event at Golden 1

Inside looks great and quick check-in. Housing keeping was able to provide extra cups when we arrived. Parking was very confusing down stairs pretty much for valet but no signs advises to go to back for general entrance. Next day we left at 11 there was vomit pretty much near the entrance. Should have been cleaned by the time guest are exiting.

The hotel is centrally located downtown close to Golden 1. Parking is difficult. There is self parking for $27 a night but very few spots. There is Vallet parking for $47 a night. The hotel is great on the inside. The staff was very welcoming. The only issue we had was the curtains were going up and down on their own throughout the night.

The only issue we had was one of the waters in the fridge was partially full..... turned it in to the front desk, and apparently there was in issue with a shipment of the waters and leakage.

Perfect hotel for concerts forward! Location to Golden One is outstanding and a super short walk. A little sketchy in areas, but overall a great place to stay.

The room had very fresh/clean scent, bed was comfortable, and the rooms were soundproof. Thank you so much. We want to give an excellent acknowledgment to the two front workers at the counter. Apologies for not catching their names (African American). One was a male and other was a female. They were the kindest and nicest people that welcomed us and also provided us with insight to the area. Please acknowledge him.

Great hotel!

Overall the property was good. Located in a convenient area. Our only issue was that no one came to change our linen during our 3 day stay.

Everything was 10/10. Only 1 thing that was kind of a bummer was no parking. There is a parking garage attached that you can use but for a fee. Other than that, everything else was pretty great.

The bed was comfortable, it's a nice and elegant hotel the room was clean but I found a dead roach on the base of window...I have a fobia to reaches that was very disappointed. The area being downtown can be not safe. We stayed here to attend a concert we were walking distance from the venue walking back to hotel after concert was scary saw a lot of homeless.

Hotel was very nice! Only problem I had was, no shower gel in the dispenser.

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed, each front desk representative was calm and kind. The restaurant/bar had an amazing bartender named Renee who made fabulous mojitos for me and my friend. Everything on the menu sounded delicious but we went with the AC burger & the meatballs. On our way up to our room they also had a cart with fresh lavender to take up to ur room! Overall an amazing experience!

Property is very sleek and updated. It’s a little noisy, but it is downtown and to be expected.

Wish the parking wasn't so expensive...but I guess that's just downtown. Staff was very friendly and property was clean. The floors in our room looked like they needed a good mopping, but everything else appeared to be clean and orderly. I would stay here again. In fact we have a wedding in October that we will be going to and will reccomend this place to all our family.
