Le personnel de l’hôtel était très à l’écoute. Ils ont tous été très gentil.

We stayed in "Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath" for one night. The hotel is very close to Antalya airport (15 min by car), so it's very convenient to spend one night when you flew in late in the evening or fly out in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Ok.

The hotel is run like a normal hotel, not like an aparthotel. You get a kitchen, but there's no cookware, tableware or cutlery. Just a lot of empty cupboards. You can ask people on reception desk for plates and cutlery, and they send it to your room (the exact number of plates, forks and spoons you asked for). They told us they have no pots or pans. So, you have a top-quality oven, gas stove and hood, but you can't cook unless you travel with your own pots and pans. You get a washing machine, but there's no place to dry clothes. There's "Drying rack for clothing" on the balcony, but it's a tiny thing that can fit just a couple of bathing suites. People hang things to dry on balcony chairs and railings. There's a strong smell of some air freshener on the -1 floor, where breakfast room is located. The water in the pool is cloudy. Top shower head barely worked because of limescale (hand shower was Ok).

L'hôtel est propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel aux petits soins. Un supermarché se trouve à 5 min à pied.

L'hôtel est loin du centre prévoir un budget taxi pour les déplacements. La cuisine est équipée en machines mais pas d'ustensiles. Nous avons demandé le nécessaire on nous a ramené des couverts et des assiettes immédiatement mais ni casseroles ni poêle...

Hommikusöök on alla igasugust arvestust. Baaris on hinnad 4 kordsed ja valikud on väikesed. Puhtuse eest hoolitsetakse halvasti. Puudub all-in paketi variant.

- Es fehlte leider die komplette Küchen Ausstattung an Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen usw. - die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert - die Waschmaschine konnte nicht mit hoher Schleuderzahl betrieben werden, da sie nicht gesichert war
