Our 2- night stay was awful! This hotel is a complete dump! I killed a cockroach near the bed. The bathroom was falling apart: the door wouldnt close and the shower head and knobs were falling out of the wall. It was so loud outside! You could hear the traffic clear as day and others conversations.
It was an overall terrible experience and I wish we could get our money back!

The room was clean however the smell was hard to deal with. This was the second time I stayed there n 6months and it had the same smell both times. It’s not a rotten smell but it is not pleasant either. I found a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

Our lil getaway was great! You get what you pay for. I had know issues . Hot water, cool air and the bed was okay. I would stay here again

Host was cool but Could have done better with the breakfast pool was very dirty and had hose
Pipe running to it room smelled a little weird when we first came in also had to take the fitted sheet off because it had a stain on it but bed was very comfortable.

The room had a smell, the door would not close all the way leaving a crack. My daughters feet kept getting black when walking without shoes.
The refrigerator was turned off which luckily I checked before putting anything in it.
When we first walked in, we had to take a towel and get the moisture off of the floor but when we put the air conditioner on, it subsided.
The pool was never cleaned so we took the net and cleaned it ourselves because bugs and all kind of stuff was floating when the bottom started mixing. This is the third or fourth time I have stayed there and I will never stay there again.

Staff was very accommodating. Pur room smelled like death they mived us with no problem. Down graded from a kitchenette ti a regular room but it smelled better . Should of got a discount tho.

Hotel employees was very friendly! Room was clean. Our stay was good and safe. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of the room. The smell wasn’t nasty or dirty I think it may have been the cleaning chemicals smell, not sure but we spray air freshener in our room then it was ok.

The smell of the room, smell of strong odor and cigarettes. People banging on doors all hours of the night, low water pressure. Room had to be aired out just to be able to stand the smell.

The room was just ok…A for effort due to the upgrades of the room…the cleanliness is what I’m most disappointed with…it was halfway clean…floors where dirty…the provided towels were not easy on the eyes…the room just didn’t smell clean at all… this was a last minute split decision stay and I wouldn’t do it again sorry

We got to our room the TV didn’t work the bed sheets were not clean and the A/C was leaking water back into the room . I also asked for a non-smoking room but the room smelled like smoke and mold

Im local, the previous owner let this establishment down. The new owners refurbished everything very well. Much cleaner, new appliances and furniture. The staff are friendly and receptionist was very helpful and understanding i will be coming back again

The room was very nice. This hotel has just undergone a refurbishment. The TV and furniture still had paper wrapping’s on them.

The floors were dirty, after getting out of the shower, which had little to no water pressure, walking to the bed to get dressed my feet were "filthy"! The fire alarm was going off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.

It was absolutely terrible. The whole property was terrible and run down. A little scary. Will not stay there again. Left a day early.

There is very dirty and not safe conditions (the stairs cement are break pieces and the door aren’t good enough to lock also no ice machines, I get into no fire alarm in my room so they give me discounts prices

I reserved a room 12 hours before my stay. When I arrived to check in, I was told there's no availability, and the staff basically just shrugged and said "sorry, not our fault. We can't help you" and I was forced to find another hotel in the area at midnight during a 26 hour road trip. My card was charged for the night's stay and I'm traveling on limited funds.
