Very nice room. Big and clean.

My partner and I stayed in the Deluxe Room for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation. When we went, there were toiletries like soap and lotion, as well as other bits like coffee grounds and lots of dishware and cutlery. The room was well air-conditioned and quite spacious, and the location is in good proximity to many shops and restaurants. We were able to easily head back to the inn midday for a quick break and head back out after! The hosts were also extremely accommodating and responsive to all communication. We would highly recommend staying at the Avonlea Inn.

This location is in the centre of the city and made it easy to get to all the events I was in town for. I didn't realize there was no physical reception, but the owners were very communicative and made it very easy to check-in. The room was nice and prepared/neat, though the trash hadn't been taken out, and there were some stains on one of the walls. But otherwise everything else was great, it was comfortable. Quiet during the evening, and many great food locations nearby.

Comfy, homey, great coffee in room. Having real cream and sugar available was a nice touch. Outside security light on the Fritz was blinking most of the night.

Other than the steep stairwell with carpet that does not allow much footing traction all was very good.
