I loved everything about this hotel...the food, the service, the friendliness, the staff, the pool, I can’t fault it

Really lovely people. Very helpful. Hotel was great as it was one of just two hotels in town with a private shuttle bus service.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the town centre.

In the hotel there are a lot of activities. Nice location. Rey quick check in and check out. A plenty parking places outside and in the garage.

The views are breathtaking from the 3rd floor. Our room had everything we wanted and I’m sure they upgraded our room to tick all those boxes. Our room was a large suite, 2x bathrooms, great terrace balcony and a choice of cotbeds or single beds for the little ones. The snow added to our magical Christmas break. Chef produced 4x courses that were beautifully presented and tasted delicious, even for a fussy eater like me. The other 2x course were the salad buffet and cheese/grape selection. Staff are super friendly and happy to help with any request. Cosy log fire downstairs with our free cake and coffee at 4pm. Our almost 3 year old enjoyed the softplay. Her main course each day was also great. Hotel has a lovely traditional feel. Church with Christmas market is 5mins walk and the train station is situated just before you get there. 1hour - Horse carriage ride €55 for our whole family was the perfect way for us to get around with the little ones. We purchased several drinks from the bar on the first night and purchased amaretto/coke, and mozart chocolate from the supermarket for the remaining 3 nights. I have taken so many photos. Austria is definitely one of my new favourites.

Was dissappointed mostly, with the exception of good bar service by the lovely girl from the bar, and wait staff at dinner. Check in and out was slow, and cumbersome. Dinner was buffet, I hate them, and room was tired, as was hotel

Beautiful property, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Room was unique and comfortable. Food far exceeded expectations. If we ever come back to Austria, will stay there again!

Great hotel for food and the pool. Bed was covered with a rough thick cover not cotton sheet so very hot. Asked for cotton sheet but unable to get one

This hotel is situated across the railway line from the village of Seefeld which could not be any more convenient. It seems to keep its traditional Tyrolean style. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior room. Parking had all been taken up and the hotel offered a place in the underground car park free of the seven euro price per night. The staff were excellent and polite. The manager Veronika was available during breakfast and evening meal. The evening meal was a six course fine dining experience for five nights with excellent buffet for the other two nights.

Our second time here. Wonderful hotel with warm and welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and the food is great. There is a special kids menu which is great.

A top quality four star hotel and one of the nicest I have stayed in of any class. The friendly and professional staff and management work hard to make sure you have a good time.

Normal hotel experience. We stayed half board and found the breakfast to be good. Evening meals were okay however real lack of vegetables with main course. SPA / Wellness facilities more family friendly not ideal as a couple. Close to train station and town center. Found the bed and pillows a little soft for us.

The hotel is charming, friendly and very welcoming but what makes it standout is the amazing staff. I have never felt so welcome or pampered in a hotel ever! My son turned 23 while we were there and from the information we provided at check in someone instructed the kitchen to make a birthday cake for him which they presented to us at dinner. I will always make a point if returning to the hotel Veronika.

I want to thank Veronika and amazing team that they made our first trip to Austria unforgettable and memorable. When we arrived at hotel a lovely male receptionist explained about hotel and took us to our free upgraded room. About room - spotless clean, bed is very comfortable, heating a bit too warm (but I liked it) lovely balcony and spacious wardrobe. About tea, coffee and cake from 4pm - cakes tasted wonderful. every single day we had a little snack before dinner in a cosy lounge by the fire place. at first I couldn't believe it was complimentary. About breakfast - Everyday loads of variety of bread, cereal, yogrut, meat and juice. There was even smoked salmon ! as well and everything was tasty. About dinner - 4 course very high quality dishes with salads bar. I didn't expect that much delicious food every day. it was absolutely exquisite and I miss it very much. About staff - Every single staff at Veronika's hotel is professional, friendly, polite, sweet and they know how to make guests comfortable. If i could I would give them 6 stars and I definitely recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I have been many holidays and stayed in many hotels in the past, Hotel Veronika was one of the best hotel in the world.

We stayed at Veronika with our eight year old daughter for a week in February 2018 and had a wonderful time. The kids zone was perfect and struck just the right balance of engaging the children and letting them have a bit of freedom. Martin, who runs the family activities was fabulous and we especially enjoyed the torch walk around the lake (magical) as well as the after-dinner family games and dancing - all casual/simple/whimsical fun. Our daughter also loved sitting at the kids table for dinner. The entire staff made us feel welcomed - especially Veronika & Mike. Dinners were delicious and they exceeded all expectations in meeting my husband's celiac requirements. We have already booked our trip for next year. Thanks to all for a wonderful winter break!

Seefld is not the best resort for advanced skiers, but ideal for trying cross-country, snow shoeing or winter walking (bring hiking boots), and just enough downhill to keep intermediates happy. The resort has 2 main ski areas 2kms apart. Veronika is mid-way and the hotel's own shuttle bus was on hand within 5 mins of us phoning. Its not much more than an hour by public transport from Innsbruck airport - route F bus from ouside the airport to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, and a train toward Munich - 8 Euros each. The hotel is visible as you step off the train. Despite arriving two hours before check-in, we had no problem checking in. The hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The meals were fine (buffet breakfast and 5 course evening meal with choice of 3 main courses, including vege option), and the flexibility of breakfast (8.00am-noon) and dinner (7.00-9.00pm) was good. The hotel has a nice "wellness" area with pool and sauna (no steam room). The rooms were large and comfortable - even the "single" occupied by our teenager was larger than many doubles we have stayed in and had a south facing balcony. If concerned about the lack of downhill skiing, it is possible to have day's outing to resorts nearby eg Garmisch which is about an hour away on the train (they run every half hour) - not that we did - there was quite enough to keep us occupied. We thoroughly recommend the Veronika to anyone, be it a family or a couple.
