This clean, well-kept travel trailer comes with everything you need for a fun-filled camping experience. Sleep comfortably with accommodations for 8-10: - 2 person primary suite - bunkhouse that sleeps 4 - 2 person pullout couch -Drop down table converts to 2 person bed There's room to bring your family and a few friends! The RV comes equipped with all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee pot, blender, microwave, electric cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, dual a/c, smart TVs (if Wi-Fi is available), starter toiletries, basic condiments, and more! Outside you'll find a mini refrigerator, outdoor sink and stove top, and a large awning to keep you out of the sun and weather. We even provide a large outdoor carpet, 2 folding chairs, and portable folding table for your cook space. Fire pit is available for an additional fee. Mattresses are protected with water-proof covers. Linens, pillows, towels, and blankets are NOT supplied with this rental. You MUST bring your own! Some things to keep in mind: Pets ($50 non-refundable deposit) - While pets are welcome, we ask that you keep it to 2 or less. Please use good judgement. We ask that your pets be: well-mannered and up-to-date on immunization and flea/tick prevention. Damages incurred by pets will result in a deduction of the security deposit. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in our RV. This includes vaping. Any evidence of smoking of any kind will forfeit your full security deposit ($500). Please return our RV with the cleanliness you received it. While we do not charge up front for cleaning, if the camper is returned excessively dirty, an extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Basic cleaning supplies can be found under the bathroom sink. Let us know where you are headed! We are happy to deliver and setup your RV up to 75 miles for a flat fee. Please ask us for a quote beyond 75 miles. This RV REQUIRES 30 amp service for hook up. Usage of Propane is extra and will be billed upon return of RV. If you feel that dumping will be required while camping, we can provide a dump cart. If tanks are used during your stay and dumping is required by us, a dump fee will be collected upon return of RV ($100).
