The place was really clean and nice

It’s a pleasant hotel, close to the metro, everything was in driving distance. The room was immaculate. There was no microwave nor the fridge temperature was meh. But overall I would definitely recommend it

Nice sized, very comfy room that looked like it had a recent makeover. Despite surrounding construction, noise was not an issue. Great location and close walking distance to metro and numerous dining options close by. The staff at the Marriott were wonderful and we were very pleased to have an early check-in after our overnight red-eye flight, thanks so much, would definitely come here again.

The property was under construction, but the staff were not friendly and gave me a disabilities room when I did not request one.

Reached late night around 1:00 a.m. Friendly staff and quick check in. They were undergoing construction and that caused a little inconvenience but overall great place to stay closed to DCA airport.

Great location for flying out of Reagan. Nice clean updated rooms. The beds were very, very soft and comfortable. Be advised that there is some construction going on in the lobby. Not a problem for us.

Unexpectedly canceled flight required a nights stay. Price was great, access was easy, staff was superb. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Tv include max streaming service at no charge. Nice touch! Airport shuttle ran every 10 minutes following morning. Would stay again.

Property in under renovation and has no main entrance and no lobby. The advertise having a bar and a restaurant that are simply makeshift additions on the Mezzanine level that are not even close to resembling proper social gathering areas. They placed a small table in a corner with some shelves for bottles and next to it a few tables with chairs and thats what they call a bar and a restaurant. Our fridge constantly leaked and after several attempts the problem was not fixed. No offer to change rooms or receive an upgrade. Pool is permanently closed. But by far, the worst part of it all is that none of the information about the repairs or renewal and construction activities are available or specified in the webpage at the time of making a reservation. Totally deceptive marketing practices. Have requested to speak to the general manager and he has not reached out to us. The front desk offered 45$ for all our troubles TO SPEND IN THE HOTEL which I rejected. The best they would settled for were 15K Marriott/Bomvoy points that still have not posted to my account. Horrible experience, horrible property, and deceptive management. Stay away. There are many other much better alternative within 1-2 blocks.

I loved everything about the property the only thing that was a bit unnerving was the repairs that was going on around the building and it made it hard to locate but I loved everything else

All I can say is Marriott never disappoints! I had such a great overnight stay here! The room rate in which I paid for included the parking which was excellent and convenient for the time crunch we was on for going to a concert. Check in process was so easy and brief. Checkout process was even more fantastic! I truly appreciated how comfortable the beds were, spacious the room was, and all the ameneties we needed (lightening mirror counter space), bathtub different heads for multi purpose showering/shaving needs, fridge, huge tv, and a gorgeous view. We really enjoyed all the benefits of this hotel as well as the gorgeous lobby. When we are back in DC (which is like every month haha) we will definitely be back. Thank you again Crystal City Marriot!

We have stayed here numerous times due to the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff and the location of metro stop In the basement of the building. Great place to stay, would highly recommend!

The man at the front desk was rude! The parking ramp is not equipped for larger vehicles (only 6 foot clearance). The outdoor spots were limited and all occupied. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean.

I loved how friendly and service-oriented the staff was. Check-in was very quick. The room was lovely and the property in good condition. The only slight down side was the AC unit in the room, which is older and was loud. I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up. But it wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.
