The hotel itself was fine. We picked the hotel because we thought it had an EV charger as advertised in the listing. The charger is not accessible to guests because it’s behind a fence and apart of the adjacent building’s lot. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to know what we were talking about so we paid for parking for no reason. Other than that, the hotel was nice, quiet and clean.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last three years. The room is clean, but the public areas are not. At least one of the three elevators work, but rarely all at the same time. This is a major problem when the hotel is really busy.

It was a half block from the metro station that took us right into down town D.C. with ease.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the past 12 years, I’ve never had a problem, not one. The staff is very friendly and professional, check in is always easy, they always have the room ready, housekeeping comes in and freshens up while I’m gone, I stayed in 307 and it was everything we needed it to be, the headboard that’s attached to the wall is a little old and worn but other then that, it was great. The location is close to the metro, shopping, stores, or if you just want to go for a nice evening walk, there’s the long bridge or whatever close by. It’s just a great place to stay in my opinion

Loved that it was close to the metro and had lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Hated having to pay so much for parking. But that seems to be true in DC.

My friend was scare she saw rats in the room and they change to another room.

Horrible experience. We woke up with bites/hives on our body. Assuming from bed bugs. We had another couple who rented a room several floor away and the same case for them as well. We just got back home today and hoping it doesnt spread around the house.

Solid hotel but not memorable visit due to many flies and mosquitoes

Good place to stay but we came in at Dulles airport but it is so much closer to fly into Reagan airport.

This is conveniently located, comfortable hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and had great recommendations about the surrounding area. Our stay was great!

This is a very nice property. Starying to show signs of age. It's easily walkable to the Metro Station. Other than that, there's nothing around it except other hotels and apartment buildings.
The shower leaked everywhere at the shower head. You could hear sounds from the neighboring rooms. Staff was nice. Bar staff was not very attentive - pretty sure I watched someone walk out on their check in disgust.

I just needed an airport hotel for two nights and didn’t expect much. But the hotel was really dated. The rooms definitely need an update. Everything seems old and filthy … it’s not even badly cleaned but there is only so much cleaning you can do when everything is falling apart. Expected more from a crown plaza.

This was a great hotel, I can't believe I got a booking for such a great place for such a great price! Super easy to get to the metro station. The staff was very nice.
