Rooms were huge and clean, hallways and parking lot was sketch. The stoner welcoming committy is definitely an added touch . But it was quiet and the beds were comfortable so you could actually sleep well!

The staff seemed friendly at first until after check out when they added a $90 damage charge to our stay due to us using the their towels to clean up water from their dirty floors, which resulted in dirty towels. The hotel did not provide proper floor towels/bath mats. The bathroom was dirty & the shower appeared to not be cleaned. At check in, there was a sketchy lady who appeared to be living in the hotel. Many sketchy people walking around at night. & in the morning the police were at the front desk, as I was checking out. The location is close to a lot of amenities but I would not recommend staying here.

Very much disappointed with stay. Wifi connection was extremely slow. We had booked the stay keeping facilities such as pool etc. in mind. But all the facilities were under maintenance which we came to know upon check in. There were missing things at breakfast counter: no milk, no butter. Dusty carpet in hallway due to maintenance.

It was okay. Not impressed with the parking and the doors. Room was clean. Air conditioner did not work properly and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy. No elevators. Not good for handicap person.

Ask for bottom room because we are old and not very good shape on the bottom floor said no gave us a second floor didn't care that we had a hard time going up and down the Wi-Fi never worked in the room we are a long ways away from the breakfast room so we're unable to use it

There was nothing to like about this property except that it was cheap, no shower curtain, the tub didn't drain, air conditioning didn't work, very unkempt hotel, very smelly stairwells, very disappointing, yuck

On the highway, tissue dispenser was empty. No bath towels. Great that it was dog friendly. Breakfast included , coffee machine in room no cream or sugar.

The room was clean, the furniture was in good shape. The shower didn’t drain. The tub and sink should be replaced or recoated. The property is under much needed renovation.

pros :Staff was very nice ,place was quiet Cons: old part of town , not a nice neighborhood , homeless people, run down , nothing around for kids or Parents to do .

Check in was okay, went downhill from there. The grounds were littered with cigarette butts and glass. The facility is housing homeless people (they were no problem except smoking on the deck right outside no smoking rooms). There were fly carcasses in the lights and live ones in the room. The TV remote didn't work (they got me a new one fairly quick). The internet connection is the worst I have seen since the 1990's, it would not play any video's for more than 10 secounds. I got to sleep finally only to woken up by the room phone ringing at 2:30 am. My partner was in hospital (the reason for needing a roo) so I got up to answer only to be hung up on.The shower head was loose and the backing plate was off the wall, but it had good pressure. The breakfast was sparse with watery eggs, the sausage was okay. No juice or even water. Went to check out gave them my room keys and my name, they couldn't find me in the system. I had to find and show them my booking information before they found me. They then wanted me to sign another check in form (the amount was different than the day before). I refused to sgn another form, fearing double charges. This is not the way to run a business. I do not recommend staying with this business. All around very poor. I also will be asking for a full refund.

Corridor was dirty, stinky and worst. Swimming was dirty, full of dead bugs and very cold. HotTub was not working Room bathtub had burn stains. Worst place to live overall.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I was on a family vacation with my 90 year old grandparents and my parents. When we drove up to the hotel, there were people with shopping carts "living" at this hotel. A drug deal happened beside our car as we checking in. The pool is "under construction" as well as many other parts of this property. There was NO sign of anything being "under construction". There were bugs in the room, the TV didn't work in one of the two rooms we booked. The toilet didn't work in one of the rooms. There were STAINS on the pillow cases and sheets in both rooms! One of the rooms was on the third floor and came with a balcony, there was 3 inches of standing water on the balcony and looked incredibly unsafe! When I tried talking to the very lovely front desk lady, she told me I needed to cancel through Expedia and not the hotel. This was an untruth. Expedia was able to do nothing to help us get our money back. The people that run this hotel and design the website are COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT!!! This hotel looks NOTHING like what they portray on their website. It's filthy, scary and terribly unsafe! The Flamingo Hotel is refusing to give us a refund. I am disappointed that this hotel has made it onto Expedia's website. Anyway, we ended up staying at The Days Inn up the road. Best decision ever! Echo, our front desk lady was exceptional!
