Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were medium comfortable. The shower pressure was great. They have a nice bar/lounge area. The outside area itself can get a little busy at night. I would stay again for sure.

It was good when you pull up. When it was time to check in, I had to check in on the app “for faster check in” not at all fast they had a line but no big deal I like checking in twice(not). I put a virtual card on file to use. They said I needed another card for them to hold on file took $1175 of that card an said it will come back on my card when I check out. Didn’t explain everything good took $20 a day for $25 gift card ( I did ask for an didn’t know where to use it) then the hotel got tap to do everything even get to you room which wasn’t explained BUT NOT TAP TO PAY FOR THE ROOM! When I checked out they took the money off the right card but still got my money they had to hold on hold. I checked out Nov 11 today is Nov 16 and I still can’t talk to nobody about release my money. It’s like I paid $2350 for a 3 night stay!! If you was gone hold the money that long it would be nice to know. I call a they say it might be a while but the man at the front desk said it will go back after we check out!! Breakfast was good but the lady’s that was making the omelettes was rude so rude my wife didn’t want one! It was ok, me personally not worth the money! I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was good comfortable, The shower suck no water pressure but that’s it!!

Wait staff are very rude and dismissive in bar/restaurant area. The bellman and valet staff are very nice and friendly. We went elsewhere to eat. Great hotel, but want to go somewhere to eat and get better treatment. Save yourself the stress.

I LOVED the Pantry with all the food options right inside the hotel. On rainy days we could just drop in the pantry and get quick food items and Starbucks.

the first thing we noticed walking into the hotel was the amazing smell. the check in process was quick and easy as well as check out. Great stay and will stay again.

It was ok. I loved how easy it was to walk everywhere. The staff was amazing. Great food. The things I did not like was the actual room. No microwave in the room. Had to go down to the lobby and use one. The shower water pressure was a joke. It was a trickle. The bathroom was extra small. On the bathroom mirror it had large red stains around the border. The mattress had large brown stains on the sides. The phone didn’t work. Just issues with the room itself, not the staff. Over priced for the room quality.

I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was very helpful. The only things I was disappointed in was that, I was told the pool was heated and it wasn't. Also pool was not cleaned making you try to swim all around the bugs.
