I would have a higher rating for this hotel, except that the Television had no service, and the manager told us that it may come back on soon. It did not.

Nice hotel. The only negative thing about my stay there was that the washer and dryer in their laundry room weren't working.

This hotel was subpar. My room was clean but extremely outdated. The grounds and lobby area was clean, but the welcome mats at the doors were filthy. The carpets in the elevators were filthy. I didn't notice until after I booked that they charge for parking, which is a joke. The front desk told me, I think $3.87 a day for parking, but I was charged $4.10/day for parking. The parking lot isnt gated or secured in anyway, so I really don't understand the charge for parking. From where i was coming from, I had to go down to the light, buss a u-turn to get on the side I needed. That was kind of annoying. The hotel is beside a highway, but its not bothersome at all. There was a decent complimentary breakfast every morning which was nice. The light over my bathroom mirror blinked red my whole stay. If I were a make-up girly, I would've been pissed. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

It was clean overall with just a few missed things during sweep up. Like under the sink in the bathroom. A hair stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom.

Our stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lobby near elevator needed to be cleaned/moped frequently. Breakfast eating areas needed to be wiped down after each use. Would have been great to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Here’s my weird complaint… only one side of the shower opens and to turn the water on you get blasted with cold water and if you don’t find the correct temperature while being blasted in the face you accept your fate until you can reach the handle. I got the cold face blast and then decended into the scalding water. Once adjusted the shower was great.

The water was cold in the morning during show. I was told maybe because it is morning and too many people taking shower at the same time. The ironing machine dropped black spot on the clothes, I had to get a replacement. The road/traffic noise is too much, did not bother me but may bother light sleepers. Seen better Hampton Inn properties.

Good overall for a one night stay. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was fine.
