The location of the hotel is excellent, located near the palace and the main shopping and entertainment districts. The area is located with so many choices of restaurants with different choices of food. The staff of the hotel is friendly, helpful, and eager to set up restaurant recommendations and reservations. They get you tickets to shows and movies. The rooms are clean, comfortable with lots of water and occasional treats. My only disappointment was trying to register for and be accepted for the free use of the audi car. For some reason i wasn't accepted and able to use this feature that the hotel e-mailed us about... Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a comfortable, problem-free stay in beautiful Madrid.
I want to note that "Jose" at the front desk was very helpful with a unique situation we had and we appreciated his help very much. We will absolutely return to this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I could not fault it in anything that a great hotel can offer. Great staff, service, amenities! We don't often repeat hotels, but this is one we will likely consider staying in again.

Fantastic central location for exploring the city. The hotel has outstanding decor and is a wonderful place to stay. Luxurious spacious
rooms with gorgeous soft bedding. Exceptionally helpful staff who are most welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must for watching the sun set.

Its a beautiful hotel that is well located close to 2 metro stops. The hotel has an excellent spa service. Our rooms were also great, the only downside is that is an $$$$ hotel, so if you have a limited budget, this is your first time in madrid and you are planning to expend a lot of time outdoors maybe this is not the best option for you.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool and rooftop bar were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location is walkable to most key attractions, shopping and the food district. Everyone, from the front desk to wait staff and hotel services, made you feel welcome.

The hotel was perfect. Great location , the beds were very comfortable. We had 3 rooms and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The shower had very good water pressure. When i visit Madrid again, i will definitely return to this hotel.

The property has a good location, spacious rooms, attentive staff only at check in. Restaurant and bar staff are aloof and very unhelpful. Lots of staff but they wouldnt take our order. Had to wait at least 10 min for waitress to take our order while 4 waiters and a guy in a suit fluttered around avoiding eye contact. A lot of staff but uninterested in helping guests. Its ok but i dont think we will stay here again, a five star hotel is not just about the property and location but also about feeling welcome and we didnt feel welcome here.

When the flowers on your room service tray are dead and there is mold in the bathroom, the bed is hard, the service slow and the food bad there isn't much I can say about this hotel that would rate publishing.
