Hotel needs update, elevator equipment room very noisy, shower soap dispenser empty. No breakfast, courtesy coffee dispenser empty. Parking crowded.

One of two elevators was not working, there were no luggage carts available when checking in and checking out, was told to go look for one on the floors. I am in my 70's and I had to carry my luggage from the parking lot to my room and back. Check-in was advertised as 3 pm but would not allow anyone to check-in until 4. This caused a long wait at check-in.No refrigerator, carpet floor was dirty and appeared to not have been vacuumed. Mold on shower. Most hotels offer free breakfast-this hotel didn't even have free coffee or any other grab-and-go breakfast food. For $150 a night this stay was a rip-off.

This hotel needs a total make over, not certain rooms or bits and pieces. The right main elevator opened and closed a couple of times before it worked. I had an issue with my corner room in the back with insects, staff was very apologetic, move me to another room right away, and discounted my rate for the inconvenience. The next room was just ok, would rethink about staying here again

It was good until came back stairs had to be used because elevator was out then I was on fifth floor. Had issues with reservations then second room booked wasn’t ready for my cousin when she made it at 630 had to use my room to get dress for concert. Etc

Service desk very friendly. Very old hotel, was a little scary. Very clean room- very clean comfy bed….. probably would never stay there again. I would give 3 stars

Our room was dirty and super dusty. It was very damp. The shower handle fell off. We did not want our niece bare foot on the carpet.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had an extremely disappointing experience. The room was far from clean – there was a noticeable unpleasant smell, and to make matters worse, I was bitten by bedbugs. My children were not happy with the condition of the room either, as it felt uncomfortable and unkempt. For a well-known hotel chain, I expected much better standards. Cleanliness and comfort should be a top priority, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during our stay. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Where to start with the problems, rooms uncleaned and severally dated. Motel is next to the railroad tracks at the back of property and next to a major highway on the front, as we were there for the casinos the noise from the cars and trains weren't a problem, but the rooms not being cleaned even after a manager did a room check is, makes me wonder if this motel is known for this issue. The bed was made and cleaned. THIS PROPERTY ALSO CHARGES A DEPOSIT, not a big deal, but I'm still waiting on it to be returned to my card. I guess I'll wait to see if that comes about. If you have a truck your going to have a problem parking and gaining access to the property, so be prepared for a long walk; if you have a small car you'll be fine. Truthfully I ask myself would I stay here again?? NOT unless i seen the room first. Would i recommend it. NO

Horrible experience plug outlets on the ground,dirty floors, no hot water, smelled terrible, got stuck on the elevator, cob webs in ac unit, blood on sheets I mean do I need to go on run from this place

It was easy to get to but parking is tight, the check in lady was very short with us but it was late so we understood. Got to the room and walking thru the halls there was a bad odor or smell like pee and there were stains in the carpeting, also the actual mattress had some spill stains and the AC in the room had mold growing inside it so we got sprayed by mold spores all night long, I now have a sinus infection due to having an allergy so yeah it’s an ok place if your in a quick hurry and need a place to sleep but not something I would rave about and be prepared for the mugginess to follow you throughout the building and I to your room!

The location of the hotel was located in a convenient location, the staff was very nice, carpets could be replaced in certain area's. Overall stay was good. Clean place to stay.
