But check out is very bad

2nd time in the hotel I liked the early check in , but no upgrade was offered. Clean friendly staff and walkable distance from major attractions.

They even provided international adaptors in the room.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic with various stations. Eggs cooked to order. Sit down service.

The only thing that wasn’t quite right was that the concierge said we wouldn’t need to pre-book car from Castle Cary station to our next stop on a Sunday. He was wrong. The cabs were all booked and we were extremely lucky to get one at all!
Other than that unfortunate advice, this Hyatt is sensational! And I will definitely return and recommend.

From Rama greeting us at the hotel courtyard. to our great check-in with the front desk to our check-out, everything was fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay at The Hyatt Regency Churchill that we wanted to stay longer. We will definitely come back for another visit. The Montague also did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Stayed here several times but this was by far the most disappointing and probably the last as a consequence. Room I was allocated was in an area of hotel where halls were still being wallpapered. And the room itself didn’t even have a mirror. The response of the hotel to this has been particularly poor - platitudes rather than any meaningful action or acknowledgement of the poor experience.

Everything was great until we checked out. I got wrongfully billed for 4 buffet breakfast instead of 2, this is 120+GBP. At check out I explained that this is the wrong amount, as we just came in to pick our kids after they finished their breakfast to go out. Despite the fact that I waited around 30 mins for the attendant to go to the restaurant and check the signed bill. And although she confirmed to me that the amount will be waived and she will send me the invoice by email so not to keep me further. I was surprised upon my departure that the amount was debited in full. So, it's either a scam, or staff incompetence! This is my second stay in less than a month with 2 rooms reservation every time. I believe I will think twice before making another booking or recommending this hotel to anyone.
