Perfect walking distance to Bluesfest. Definitely will be staying here again. Staff were very pleasant, joked with us upon arrival, very helpful.

Room was not ready. When we entered the room, it was still dirty and had garbage all over the room including hair/mess in the bathroom.
Staff was very apologetic and offered another room right away.
Lots of construction around the area so accessibility was not ideal.

Friendly and efficient check in. Front desk staff offered restaurant suggestions. Room was clean. Restaurant was very good with excellent service. They made us breakfast when breakfast service had ended. Our only hesitation was that there were groups of men outside the door smokingeach time we were coming/ going. It did not give a welcoming feeling to the hotel

On the positive side, the beds and linen were very comfortable and the hotel is located in a very convenient area. It was also very nice to be able to open the window and get some fresh air in the room. The two major issues that kept me from rating the property higher were the fact that only one elevator was working and it took forever to getup and go down from the 9th floor. The second issue was the fact that there was no hot water at all in the morning. These 2 issues were very significant and kept up from enjoying our stay.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and attentive. There’s not much around as far as shopping/food. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel. Food was good but took a long time to get it. There was only two other people in restaurant and service was still very slow. Overall I would recommend hotel as a decent price option.

My room was quite nice and the price was nice, but is appeared that most of the guests were long-term immigrants or refugees. Not a problem, but I expected more business people.

The hotel is a little dated and tired. Check in was not very good and we were not informed about food options or amenities. The website didn’t have a menu we could look at either. Parking was extremely tight! Witnessed a supervisor treating a staff member poorly and the reception staff were not very welcoming either. Location was good but construction was a bit loud, not the fault of the hotel though.

There is nothing bad I can say about our stay here. The parking was a little confusing, but the staff was amazing and helped us with that. Extremely friendly. Nice room, not huge, but with plenty of room for my wife and I. The elevators were quick, the gym and restaurant looked very nice and clean. Even the parking garage was clean (for a parking garage).
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
