We liked it, my husband loved the hot breakfast made to order, good selection . We will keep embassy suites in our mind next time. My family enjoys it.

The front desk rep was great but the room heater didnt work had to move to another room and it didnt work either but they was able to keep it on running which mean i couldn't control temp but overall hotel old but nice bartender was not friendly at all to noone

It was great , you couldn’t really control the air conditioning even though there was a thermostat. It was great stay though . Room service was great & very nice staff.

The pool was old, cracked, and cold. It also had a high chlorine smell, which means it's got a lot of pee in it. It was hard to breathe, so we only stayed a few minutes. The suite we had, had 2 tvs. Only one worked, the other had the cable wire cut, and capped, so they knew it was broke. By the time we found out, we were too tired to move. The whole place smelled musty and the parking garage was super confusing and smell like cow manure. We will never stay there again. The breakfast was good, the staff was nice, and offerred free water.

The "safe underground parking" here only allows vehicles that are under 6ft 6in tall....I just bought a new truck (not a crazy lift....it's factory), and almost scraped my hood before I stopped and realized it wasn't going to fit. After that, you have about 8 parking spots in front and some not so safe areas to park in the back.
It rained while I was there, and they had about 6 buckets catching leaks from the roof, my coffee maker didn't work in the room, AC wasn't the best, and only one elevator was working on "my side" of the hotel.
I still love Embassy Suites, but this one isn't the best.

Other than the parking and lack of security in the underground parking garage the property is great. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The hotel building is really nice inside- just like the photos. The interior lobby and restaurant section felt nicer than the room. We had a suite style room and it was spacious, though the toilet flushed so slowly that it worried us every time. The room was pretty old too and didn’t quite live up to the Hilton standards we were expecting.

I called the morning I was to arrive and was assured there would be linens on the pull out couch. No linens. I waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up.
I had to request clean towels on Saturday.
There is black mold in the caulk around the tub.
There was no place to park Saturday night.

Our room was very spacious and nice. However, the shower needs repairs!! When shower was on, majority of the water was coming out of the bathtub faucet.

We really liked our stay at this location. Our room was a king suite and it had so much room! We loved the ability to park in two different lots and the breakfast was above average.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms have been updated and well kept-sparkling clean.

Completely awful and feels very unsafe in the underground garages. The pool had so many chemicals in it in the morning my kids couldn’t swim. Very disappointed

The place is outdated. And the all of the hotel smells Moldy. Including the rooms they dont smell clean. Im very surprised because Embassy suits has higher standards. Just avoid this place.

Parking was a challenge. But overall, my experience was great! I'd still be back now that I have a better idea of the parking situation and how that works.

We were only for one night, but it had everything we needed & was close to the hospital. We would definitely stay there again.
