Pros: Great location, easily walkable to downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again.
Cons: The room’s cleaning wasn’t as thorough as expected, particularly in the shower area where there were hairs on the wall from previous guests. Additionally, the WiFi didn’t work well in my room (I was staying in the leftmost room, furthest from the lobby).

We loved this property. The manager or owner was extremely sweet. He remembered us each interaction. We will be staying here for future trips to Bar Harbor!

Check in was easy and the room was small, but clean. It had a refrigerator, & microwave. Location was good, it was a decent walk to downtown/main attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Please don’t waste your money here, no place to hang clothes, no drawers, no luggage racks to place bags on, had to us ironing board to place bags on! Not enough towels. As for the balcony, don’t bother because there was only a view of traffic light! Steps to second floor dirty. Stains on bedding.

You cannot beat the location, within walking distance of downtown. Parking in downtown is crazy so it was really nice to be able to walk.

Great staff at the front desk. Free snacks and beverages which was nice. Good location, convenient to Acadia and to town. Property was run down, but they did their best and it’s comfy and has all you need. Best option in this price range I think

Friendly staff, clean room, everything worked. Walkable to harbor, simple high quality continental breakfast was sweet rolls, cereal, breakfast bars, fruit, coffee/tea, juice, water.
If first floor room, will hear footsteps above you. Pleasant afternoon surprise - fresh baked cookies in lobby.

This place actually exceeded our expectations. It looks like the owners are still in the process of making improvements, hence less than 5 stars, but the customer service was amazing. Located toward the outside of the busy city center, everything was still very walkable and very close to Acadia. Would stay here again.

This is a great location for getting everywhere you need to go in Bar Harbor. This was our base for morning hikes in Acadia and spent the afternoons downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating.

The rear of the property needs to be renovated. Stairs and entry to rooms on the backside of the property need improvement.

This motel was great as far as convenience to Acadia Park and Bar Harbor. Only issue was a bit of street noise.

We were able to park at this hotel & walk to activities & attractions at Bar Harbor. Room was clean, no carpets so feet got cold in room (bring your slippers). No regular breakfast, but “grab & go” with granola bars, pastries, cups of cereal or oatmeal, & fresh fruit available. I’d highly recommend.
