I didnt stay here but I forgot to cancel my reservation in time. I expected to be charged for one night as per policy and still it charged me for the entire 4 days. Nobody has responded to my messages in the days since

I travel for work quite a bit and this is the worst place I've ever stayed! Loud neighbors slamming doors and yelling all night. Called the front desk 3 times and nothing done. The place is horribly unclean! How they're still open is a mystery. Peeling paint and dry wall, filth and dirt everywhere. Woke up with huge red welts on my face and body-I'm sure it was bed bugs. I suggest skipping this dump!

It was an amazing stay. I found everyone just as pleasant and friendly and helpful as they could be except for 1 older gentlemen working the day shift he was grumpy and acted like you were putting him out when you asked for anything. He was very hateful and nt pleasant to talk to. All it takes is one sour apple and it ruins the entire stay.

Everything was excellent we frequent this motel quite often and we couldn't ask for anything more from the place. But this time there was a young lady that i feel went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She was on the evening shift and I didn't get her name. She greeted us with a cheerful attitude and every time we saw her she always had a smile and bubbly. If i had a business that needed great customer service and amazing attitude and friendly staff who was your first point of communication shes the one i put in that position. She will go far in her career if she chooses customer service as a career choice. She was worth coming to this motel.

There were no was cloths. The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The mattress sagged on one side. Otherwise it was a good room and a good price. The hot breakfast was a big plus.

always clean and affordable, staff is friendly and helpful with local area . very safe and secure area and convenient location close to red rocks amphitheater and hwy 6 into Denver and has a clean hot tub and pool also.

I liked this Baymont, though I find they vary in quality and service. Breakfast was provided timely by Kim, the checkout manager was very helpful, the pool and hottub were nice and clean and the room comfortable.

We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. When he did, he was rude, I got several eye rolls and attitude from him. Literally felt like an inconvenience to be there. The bathroom smelled like weed. I will never be staying there again when I travel.

Breakfast was pretty good except eggs only available on weekends. Pool was freezing. Also, title is deceiving. It’s in Lakewood, not Golden. It was quiet though.

I spent five days upon arriving to Colorado left for a trip to the high country on Friday upon returning to Denver I quickly decided to book my last few days at this location. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Will certainly consider staying there again if the opportunity presents itself. The indoor swimming pool was an added benefit but the whirlpool bath in my room was the absolute icing on the cake my seven days in total were one of the best experiences I’ve experienced in my years of traveling.
