I went on a girl’s trip and we really loved the hotel. Maria at the reception was amazing!! But the staff in general was super nice. We also had a nice dinner one night at the restaurant - loved the tagline “Everything happens for a Riesling”;) The breakfast was really good, good selection and clean area. We also used the gym and the spa and we loved it!

The hotel is nice, of course. Not much going on in the neighborhood but the u-bahn station is nearby.

Good choice for tourist in Munich - safe quiet hotel with some dining options (expensive) - service at bar was poor, but we liked that it was a 5/10 min walk to the Ubahn transport system which is the gateway to everything in Munich

Not good at all, extremely poor staff being ignored at the bar for 30 mins at a time. Room cleanliness was poor. Lots of uncomfortable activity between certain staff and guests. Smoking smell all in rooms. Lots of screaming children along corridor and bedrooms as wells as other peoples doors left open. Staff very rude.

Great staff but they got way too much taxi traffic rignt outside the front door. Make it hard for the guest to drop off and pick their bags and personnel. Taxis everywhere .

Marriott hotel was very clean and convenient for our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful with advise and directions. The downside was that we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were not changed on our 5 day stay. It is also very noisy on a night time and you can hear everything on the corridor which disturbed our sleep further

parking was ridiculously expensive in comparison to all the other hotels we stayed at. the room was very small with almost no space to open up the luggage.

Property was not anything special. When we arrived in the room the sofa bed was made up and when we called for sheets and pillows they brought them up, handed them to us and left. We had to make the bed ourselves. We asked for an extra pillow and they could not provide one saying that they didn’t have any left. There should always be enough pillows for guests. The breakfast was ordinary and when we decided we didn’t want to eat there the staff had a bad attitude. Lastly, Taylor Swift was in concert this weekend and the hotel doubled the price of the room.

Problems at checkin with my card charged/reserved 5x the normal deposit, which is still unresovled. Other than that, great hotel.
