I couldn't get out fast enough. Keep in mind I had been traveling for 10+ hours. The 1st thing I noticed was the musty smell and appeared they had some sort leak because they had towels on the floor and blowers to dry the hall carpets. Checked in. Desk clerk was nice. However, upon entering room floors were super slick, almost fell caught myself against counter. Walls doors were nasty, dirty is an understatement. Cobwebs in the corners, couch was stained and very dirty something spilled between coushins. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Duck tape holding the air conditioner together. This room was on the1st floor Complained to clerk, she offered to let me see room available on 3rd floor, not as dirty, walls better, floors still very slick, and bathroom had toilet paper. Went to switch rooms but elevator took a long time. Told clerk I would switch rooms, waited over 6 min for the elevator. It was very late and not busy. So no reason for the elevator to take so long. That was strike 3/4, lost count. I went back to desk and asked for a full refund. Clerk apologized. Stated she issed the refund it would take a few days and to follow-up with my booking agent. As of to date only got the $75 refunded for my pet. Now waiting for Hotels.Com to follow up on my full refund. Switch to Residence Inn by Marriott in Cherry Hill. Rooms clean, no funcky smells, floors not slick, complete kitchen.

The best part of the trip was the kind, professional lady that checked my sister in at 10:30pm. I was also greeted by another kind lady at the front desk that allowed us to check out late, and she was very professional.

I love the convenience

This hotel was in a good location, I booked this for some family members that were visiting. Mainly for the extra space and kitchenette the rooms had. As soon as you entered there was a harsh chemical cleaning product smell. Only one elevator and the place is really dated. The hallway smelled horrible and the rooms were large but were dated.

The front desk staff were incredible honestly. Helped me with every issue, including when I mistakenly booked the wrong date AND room type lol. Definitely recommend going thru a travel website for the best price. Rooms were clean, hallways were clean, the place is pretty quiet and it was a really comfy stay for me.

The shared spaces are outdated, with evident wear and tear. The property need to always be presentable to upkeep and maintain desired standards. The bedding was clean. Bathroom had wear and tear, lamp shades had water mark stains, cabinets had grease / finger prints residue. I spent one night and it was enough for my comfort level.

Convenient for my purpose, clean and comfortable enough, staff helpful. Thank you.

I found bugs in my room all over. One of the bugs got on my face and My face got all red because of bug bite. I had to leave the hotel at 3 AM and spend the night in my car. Property should be banned on the Expedia platform. I have pictures of the room and my face at that night if you need to see them.

You will NOT feel comfortable here. Nothing felt sanitary. Hairs on mostly all of their “clean” towels. Staff was not too concerned about it. It was more of an Ophs. It’s hard to keep bring things up in a place that is not well kept or cared for in very basic ways. Do not walk barefoot, sit on the toilet, use a towel without inspecting it or even take a stale dog biscuit from an open jar. Basic. Eww. Not Mount Laurel standards at all.

Roaches broken showers stoves don’t work rooms don’t smell fresh they had to change my room 3 times this place is truly horrible and filled with drug users. Management is terrible I will be making a formal complaint to the board of health the news and whoever else this place really needs to be shut down. There was a lady that worked front desk she was very polite and nice. Everything else was terrible

I did not get any rest because I was woke up by police beating on the door across the hallway from my TWICE!! Once at 11pm, then again at 2am!! When I asked to speak with a manager, i was told they dont work on weekends and there's nothing they can do. I rented a room to get rest, that did not happen and there was no apology, explanation or reparation for it! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service!
