We loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding/long weekend and kept calling the Omni our “home”. It truly felt like home. So comfortable & accessible to many restaurants/coffee shops/bars, pharmacies, etc. Excellent location and very friendly staff! The rooftop pool was SO cool…even just to sit out there and hang out. Would highly recommend.

Our room was suppose to have a separate seating area with a separate TV, which is what you advertised. Did not have this and was not the cleanest I have stayed in.

Due to multiple events in the area and lack of resource planning, our room was not available until 6:00 PM. This was a major inconvenience and caused our party to miss several hours of the fun we were in town to enjoy.

The staff at your hotel is amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable about the area around the hotel my wife and I had a fantastic this past weekend from the minute we arrived to the last minute we were there we felt welcome and wanted and we were truly treated so well we will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone's stay in Charlotte N.C. Thank you to you all so much

It was a very nice hotel. I liked the way it was connected to restaurants and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. Surprisingly a couple of days I had the luxurious roof bar and pool area to myself. But the bartender was great company. I would highly recommend ordering food from the restaurant across the street. Kitchen and cocktails, their food and drinks were incredible. The fitness center attached to the hotel was a plus to staying there.

Overall great experience, could have used a little more light in the bathroom and we had a small problem with the sink draining but was fixed promptly. Great food and bar options and great proximity to restaurants and bars, as well as the stadium.

All the staff we encountered from Valet, bar staff, bellman, and front desk were honestly some of the most friendly and abundantly professional.

I was not happy with the King bed. The bed mattress has been worn and I felt like I was sinking. The room itself was clean. I did ask for someone to come and show me how to operate the TV. It shouldn't be that hard. Normally, I can figure things out, but I no one came, however; I did figure out how to get the local channels. I just didn't want to have to pay extra to watch TV.

I went to celebrate my partners birthday. One of the reasons I selected this hotel is because of the promised amenities, one of which lists plush robes. It was also included in my reservation that I was there celebrating a birthday. We were disappointed to find that there were no robes awaiting us when we arrived. There was also nothing to commemorate the fact that we were there celebrating a birthday although I did recieve communication and confirmation of this before arrival. As far as the facilities, everything in the room was clean and smelled nice. The fire alarm in the room did go off from the shower being "too hot" which has never happened to me before but I digress. Overall it was a good stay, just disappointed in a few things that were promised but I failed to receive.

The room was clean and service was great with the exception of the pool bar .It took almost 40 minutes for me to get two drinks and the girl kept messing up my order . The drinks were not even worth the wait .

The Omni hotel was right in the Uptown Area where there was so much to do. The Hotel staff was very accommodating.

Very conveniently located to everything we needed. We were able to walk or take the city train everywhere. My only negatives were the bathroom only had a mirror light and the TV's chromecast wouldn't pair with my phone. I would still give the hotel a 9 out of 10

Great place to stay when in Charlotte BUT WiFi was awful .Called and got their IT people involved .Everyone was responsive but I kept cutting in and out .Since u was conducting business Zoom meetings this was a huge problem .They did credit me one day but not the next and the problem continued …big issue if you need WiFi

The rooftop bar was the best Bellboy Isaiah was very polite and helpful. Food was good, price not bad. Rooms should have handsoap for guest.
