On arrival treated with indifference - despite being VIP member. Unhelpful - also never recognised me as Melia Gold Reward Card Member. Unhelpful with parking too.

The front desk/reception personnel were very courteous, respectful and helpful, the room we were assigned, although a bit small for our taste, was very clean well provided. And the breakfast buffet on the sixth floor, was to die for. All in all, I would rate this hotel, and our two-day stay, as a 4.5 to 5.

Great location - convenient walking distance to many areas of interest with excellent and friendly service. The 6th floor space for breakfast and happy hour has incredible views of the Alhambra, the city and surrounding hills/mountains - something we took advantage of daily. VERY relaxing, as the rooms are spacious, clean and inviting.
